Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning

The technician arrived on time and did an excellent job cleaning our dryer vent.

We asked for Air duct cleaning Service and we are told that only cleaning of few outlets are covered in the service. Very shocking.

They were very nice and I was very pleased with them. They did a very good job. The price was fair.

It went ok. They cleaned my air ducts. However, they did not clean my furnace (which is generally done as well). Our air filter was clogged the next day with huge chunks of dust/link/dirt. Im not convinced they actually cleaned anything put the vents.

Service was professional and thorough, and brought a big improvement in dryer efficiency.

it was fine. They did what they were supposed to do. They cleaned my air ducts and that fixed my problem. Plus, the guy was very courteous and made sure my home was clean when he left! My only issue was that it took a longer time to get an appointment scheduled.

It went very well and I was quite happy with it. They came in and they were nice. They were professional, answered my questions, explained things, and they were very good. I priced around and the $249 price was very good. I've never had my ducts cleaned, so I assume that it good. I was a little taken back because, I didn't realize they cut a hole in my system to do it. We've not had a problem. They patched it. They blow the stuff down from the ducts and flush it out. That's the way it is done.

I have changed the overall rating from a D to a B. On June 6, 2016, I initially rated the service as a D due to the need for me to pay $75.00 to another vendor to install the outside vent cover that the Lowes technician broke during cleaning vents. However, in November 2016 the company called me after seeing my initial review on Angie's list and said they would repay me for the vent cover since it appears that it was the technicians fault. I was very impressed with the professionalism the company demonstrated with reimbursing me. The company representative informed me that I should have called to resolve the situation about the vent cover and they would have replaced it free since their employee broke it.

That was outstanding. Their responsiveness was excellent. They were very good. The guy was very professional and very quick. They did very well and he was very thorough.

Slava was the professional who performed the service. He was very professional and thoruoghly cleaned each of the suppy and flow vents.

Overall, great company. The only negative I experienced was scheduling. Wasn't there easiest process. Besides that, wonderful service. Friendly worker who answered my questions and worked quickly. When he left, it was like he was never there because he cleaned up and put things back that he moved. I would definitely work with them again.

It went very well and the tech pointed out other areas I should address without pressuring me to add that service then and there. I appreciated that as I have had 3 separate cleanings done between two properties and the other two times that's what I experienced (pushy technicians) so I really appreciated this company not practicing that way and as a result I plan to use them again.

I purchased a "Big Deal" combo on Angie's List for air duct and dryer vent cleaning. Scheduling an appointment was easy. The technician arrived on time and performed both services without issue. He took extra time to diagnose an issue with my dryer vent that was the result of a partially disconnected pipe that required additional repairs, but prevented a situation that might have ended up causing a fire.
