Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning

It great, Michael and his associate came on time, explained what they were going to do, performed the work, cleaned up and provided a close-out brief before leaving.

Lowes representative called 30 minutes before he arrived. He arrived on time and got right to work. He was very pleasant and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He even showed me before and after of my vents. He advised me how often to have the service again and was in general very helpful and detailed. Will use in the future.

Provider was punctual on the day my wife scheduled the visit. He walked through the house with my wife to inspect the locations of all the vents. He was very professional during his visit and wore shoe covers while in the house. He took his time, I believe he was here for 2-3 hours from start to finish. We were without a washer/dryer at this time, our new washer/dryer had not been delivered yet. Noticed the clothes were not drying after the new dryer was delivered, this was on Friday/Saturday. On Saturday, we contacted the store where we purchased the dryer and they sent someone out, the dryer was working fine. Same day we contacted Lowe's and they sent someone as well, he ended up finding the dryer vent clogged. He ended up dismantling the dryer duct to remove the entire clog. Not sure how the first guy missed that large amount of lint, other than the fact we didn't have a dryer to run any tests. I was impressed with the fact that Lowes sent someone out on a same day Saturday call and he resolved the issue. Definitely get A+ for customer service.

Very professional. Received a phone call before arrival, a thorough explanation of what work would be done as well as how long it would take (2 1/2 hours), and a detailed invoiced in the end. The work was thorough, and done at a good pace. We would definitely use them again.

I remember the price being reasonable. They had some trouble just because our vent was actually really long so they were having trouble getting it extra cleared.

They did a great job. As far as I'm concerned, they did a superb job and did exactly what they said they were going to do. They were very thorough and there was a lot of debris from the system because it's been awhile since it was cleaned out. They also cleaned up their mess. It was pricey but it was the going rate. I did some shopping, it was a little bit higher than the going rate but they were professional and efficient. I would use them again.

It was very good. The service technician was polite. Extremely thorough. The appointment didn't take too long from the time I called to the time they came out.

Provider arrived on time. Did a thorough job of cleaning out the air ducts and threw in checking the dryer vent. Professional and very competent. Would use him again.

Very good job. We had at least one new neighbor - a bird's next in the vent. There may have been others in there from previous years. The cleaning team did a great job of cleaning the vent all the way to the dryer, plus they recommended a "bird cage" protective device from Home Depot, which we have since purchased and installed. They were really nice, and they told us that they could install the protective screen if we wanted, or we could just got get it for about $6,. We did the latter, but they were correct about the price and how easy it was to install. They also called before they showed up, and they were prompt.

The guy who did the air duct cleaning did not clean up well after himself. There were some stuff that had fallen on the carpet. When I went upstairs, he left it all there. They did not really do a good job of cleaning up. There were pieces of lint and stuff lying below each of the duct that they had opened and cleaned. They were prompt. I told them to give me a call. I did call thirty minutes before for a service and they were telling me that he was on his way. Timewise, everything was okay. He dragged his big vacuum inside and plugged it. He did whatever he did. I’m assuming he did a good job. It’s all inside the duct. Price was fine. I purchased a big deal from Angie’s List. It was a good deal, which is why I bought it. For responsiveness, they were fine. They were punctual. They were on time.

The service tech was very nice and honest. I really appreciated his honesty with a solution to my problem. He was very knowledgeable and really knew what he was talking about.

Provider was on time (acutually early). Cleaned all vents and returns--my wife has bad allergies and has not had a problem since lowe's cleaned the airducts and returns. Definitely reccomend.

Made extra effort to get here in terrible weather and traffic, and cleaned the chimney.

Bruno was excellent! He did a great job and was very informative.

The tech was on time and very professional and did a thorough job explaining what he was doing. He even suggested we fix our dryer hose because it was too long and explained why its hazardous...and he fixed it for us as an added service.

The technician was on time and once he arrived he walked thru the entire house looking at all the vents in each area and where everything was located before starting to work. He explained everything to us and was very pleasant. Showed us the amount of dirt that was collected from the cleaning and said it was about 3-5 years worth of filth. We had our vents cleaned out about 2.5 years ago (when we moved into the house- by another company)- so this other company either didn't do such a good job or because of the area we are located in- there is large accumulation of dirt. Will certainly hire Lowes again to do the next duct cleaning.

The worked was performed at my rental unit. Came on the day and time that was scheduled. The company called 30 min.before, both my tenant and I. My tenant said they came in, did their work. Answered any questin's he asked. Left the place clean. He was very impressed the way the company handled itself. I'm was impressed so much that I'm in the procces of having them do my house now.

The technician took the time to explain what he was doing. He did a great job and was very polite.

Mike from Lowes called to ask if it was ok that he come early. Of course! Both gentlemen that arrived were exceptional and very informative. They walked through the whole house with me and described everything they were going to do and how they would do it. This is a house that we just moved into & our dryer vent was filthy! Mike showed me everything that came out of it and gave advice on how to keep it efficient and clean moving forward. We were so happy with this company and the great job they did. I would refer them to anyone who needs duct work done!
