Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning

Great Service and professionalism.

The service man (Nick) was personable and talked me through the process. He was thorough and helpful, and cleaned out a lot of gunk (this service hadn't been performed at my property in 5 years). He also helped with a make-shift solution for keeping my air filters in place, which had been a problem before.

Did a super job, very knowledgeable, very professional.

It went well. It was okay. It wasn't anything great. I'd give them a B overall. I think the pricing was okay. It was about right.

They were excellent. The young man did such a great job, very professional, very cordial, and very thorough. I would absolutely use them again.

Technician arrived on time and explained how the project is done. He showed the condition of the ducts to me and yuck! House is 25 years old and was first time being cleaned. For an additional chg. of $99 I accepted recommendation of Sanitizing the ductwork. Entire job took about an hour and half. Changed filter and gave information tips how to keep allergens at bay. I will hire them again in the future and recommend them highly.

The ducts and vents were pretty nasty looking before the service, and now they look spotless. They also took the time to inspect the A/C unit and make sure it was running properly. Happy with the results. Only complaint is that they showed up after their scheduled slot was over, which interfered with our other plans for the day.

I was not here the day they arrived. My husband said they call just before they arrived were prompt and very professionalism.

Lowe's provided a very good, thorough and professional service at what was a very reasonable rate in my opinion. The crew of 2 arrived within a half hour of the start time frame provided upon booking the service and called to provide us with a heads up of their arrival. They stayed on site for almost 4 hours and thoroughly taped and cleaned all ducts within the home. Scheduling was about 2 weeks out at the time of booking so keep that in mind. Overall, we were very pleased with the service. We purchased this through an AngiesList deal but even at full cost, I believe it was a reasonable price for the service performed.

I will never use another duct cleaning service. The professionalism and quality of work performed by Lowe's was superb. The technician even fixed an issue that could have caused a fire and didn't charge me an additional fee. He was on time and courteous and took his time to complete the job. I am highly satisfied.

The service tech arrived earlier than expected which was awesome. When the tech inspected at my chimney, I had two issues that was not within his scope of work. He didn't want to charge me for a service I didn't need. He was very honest and explain the kind of work I really needed, he also recommended another company called chimney.com. The only thing that bothered me with the service was that they didn't clean up afterwards.

Lowes Air Duct cleaning was punctuality and professional in there work. Explained everything before stating the job and was very polite when speaking.

The technician Mr. Bruno was very professional, polite, explained everything to me and showed me the results of his work: how must dust had accumulated in the vents etc. He did a great job, I will use this company with that technician again.

It went fine, we had paid for a deal that had expired, but they were great and honored the deal. The tech arrived on time and thoroughly explained the cleaning process. He did try to up-sell additional work, such as steam vent cleaning, but he was not terribly pushy.

Work was completed on time and as agreed. Appeared to be a very thorough cleaning and discussed the process with the homeowner. Was able to remove a large amount of dust, dirt and debris and replaced all vent and return screens in good order. The provider removed some old HVAC items that were already defunct which also allowed him to complete his work. Only negative comment was the basement was left a little in disarray with some debris left.

Very professional. Did a great job. We noticed a difference in our house right away.
