Excellent service. Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning sent Technician Michael. From start to finish it was an excellent experience. Michael answered every question, explained the service and executed it flawlessly. Without reservation, I recommend giving Lowe's ADC your business.

I was very impressed with this company from start to finish. They contacted me quickly, set up a date to perform the service and pretty much walked me through the whole thing. It took a little longer to get a Saturday appointment, but it was worth the wait. The technician went above and beyond professional and courteous. He took the time to give us advice and made some recommendations that we intend to follow. He worked quickly and efficiently and was in and out in no time. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

He cleaned and sanitized my vents and dryer vent. He explained the process and showed the results at the end.

Purchased the Big Deal for Air Duct System Cleaning, unlimited vents & returns at a cost of $175. My husband had received a quote last year from someone else for $300. Lowe's was very prompt to contact me about scheduling appointment, The technician called that morning to say he was on his way and he arrived on time. Was very professional and explained how the vent & return system worked and how the cleaning would take place. We didn't have a huge amount of gunk in the sytem, but was glad that we got it done since my husband and daughter's allergies seem to be getting worse. Finished up in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend to others.

It was okay. There were additional costs. $50.00 more to clean something that was in the vent that I could have done myself.

Technician arrived on time, was pleasant and neat. He taped over ducts so there was no mess from the cleaning. He explained the condition of the ducts since we had just purchased the home and didn't know its status. He advised that several duct covers were the wrong type and told me what to buy. I used a coupon for $299 from Angie's List. That price was a bit higher than advertisements I've seen locally, but I wanted the security of Angie's recommendation.

It went great. He found some things out on the roof that he was able to address. But the only thing is, since he was on the roof, his weight was on the board and it had an impression on the drywall. You could see that. He was a good kid. But if you're going to go on the attic, then make sure you know exact weight distribution in an attic. But, it could be a weak board in my attic. I don't know. There were no extra charges.

Excellent service. The two-man crew was very friendly and polite. They removed their shoes each time they entered the house and thoroughly explained the service to us. Amazing to see the before/after pictures as well as the amount of dust that came out after the dryer vent cleaning!! Will use them again in the future!

Making the appointment was a breeze. The employees were prompt, professional and polite. Did an excellent job and fully explained what they were doing. One person kept leaving the door open when he went in and out but stopped doing so when I asked him to make sure door was shut. Would definitely recommend and use again.

The duct cleaning was performed as promised but., honestly, I was a little miffed. We purchased the pre-paid service through Angie's List for $199 but they sold a bunch of additional (and overpriced) services to my wife when they came (I was not home at the time). The total price more than doubled-- from $199 to $500. I know...that's on us. Still, I think it is important for other potential purchasers to be aware that they will try to do this. If you purchase a discounted package and plan to let your spouse supervise the services AND don't want additional services then make sure you forewarn your spouse.Otherwise you could end up paying a lot more than you planned--for services you don't really want or need.

Awesome! The tech called before arrival. We were the first stop of the day and he was here bright and early. Went through the house and checked things out and kept me informed about the whole process. He was also really good about the door and our indoor cat. He gave advice about the air filtration system and dryer in our new home and he was filthy by the time he was finished! He even allowed me to inspect his vacuum and see all of the dust he had Cleaned. Great service for sure!

The performing and quality of the service is fine. I'm just frustrated with the apparent nature of how this type of work never costs what it's supposed to cost. Like carpet cleaning "specials", you get attracted by the price of the deal and think it complies with the stipulations of the deal. When they get there, you find out that the hallway, steps and x bedroom(s) aren't covered under the deal that was advertised. So, once again, when they walk in the door you almost automatically start getting upcharged. What I assumed "whole home" meant isn't actually the "whole home". I got charged extra because I have 2 zones, etc. I guess if you're prepared to be upsold and ready to haggle, then it's not so bad. I just like the simplicity of paying for a Big Deal upfront, and getting what you're expecting to get (based on the language of the deal).

The provider arrived at the scheduled time and conducted a thorough cleaning of our air ducts and vents. The provider also cleaned out the dryer duct and vent outside. The provider was knowledgeable and shared some good tips to help maintain the ducts and HVAC system in general. What I was most impressed with was their responsiveness. We moved into our house the following day and the HVAC system had stopped working. Cold air was being pumped in, but it was not distributing. Naturally, we thought it was something that happened during the duct repair. By Monday evening (Labor Day), the HVAC unit was icing over. we called Lowe's to see if they could come out and fix the issue. First thing Tuesday morning, we received a call from Lowe's asking how they could help. They sent another representative out that day to look things over. They could not find anything wrong, suspected it may be the actual unit. We called the unit's installer and they came out on Wednesday. They suspected a possible issue with the unit, but said the problem was still in the ducts. We called Lowe's back again, and they came out that night, well after business hours. They arrived with an entire crew and went through everything again. Still, no problem. The HVAC installer finally made it back out again on Friday and resolved the issue with the unit, not the ducts. We felt really bad having Lowe's come out not once but twice that week, but it just demonstrates their customer service. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for this kind of service.

The job was done smoothly. They had all the right equipment and it took about 2-3 hours for our townhome. The technician was courteous and professional. No issues.

The provider was very thorough. He thoroughly cleaned the grates for the air return system. Overall he was very thorough. I was disappointed that he did not have replacement filters with him; however, I do have rare sized air flow systems. The worker called while in route to give an estimated arrival time. Overall, I recommend this company to others. This service was purchased from Angie's list deal.

Provider was responsive and punctual. I was a little apprehensive because of a couple of negative reviews, but I didn't have any issues with this company. Technician alerted me to an issue with the way my air filter was installed that was causing it to be ineffective and devised a simple system to keep it in place, at no additional charge. Added on service of cleaning my exhaust fans that was not included in original service call and gave me a discounted rate from what they normally charge (I don't know how much that service usually costs at other places, but I did see their automated price list and they definitely charged me less).

They were very prompt. They called me and offered to move my appointment date up due to a cancellation, which allowed me to have the service done a week earlier.

Called and came earlier than scheduled which was good for us! Explained what he was going to do and kept my wife updated on what he was doing. Very nice man, answered all questions, went above and beyond to make sure my wife was satisfied with his work. Very Happy with the job!! Will use them next time for sure!!!

Luzberg was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me about the airflow, and what he was going to do. He was very thorough. I had new windows and siding installed last year, and the floor vents hadn't been closed, so there was some construction debris in the vents and ducts. Not any more! He pointed out that whoever had installed the dryer vent had used the wrong kind of duct tape, which was a fire hazard. Luckily, I had the right kind, and he retaped it for me. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

He cleaned our vents. We don't have the largest place in the world (3 bedroom condo), and it was fairly quick and painless (about an hour or an hour-and-a-half). We had clean registers. Life was good.
