Technician was very polite, communicated his plan, and worked efficiently. Will use the company again for future cleanings.

The guy cleaned the vents well, but he attempted to solicit extra work for cash on the spot. Also, he stole my dig bar from my basement (approximately $30). If you need someone to clean your vents fast, go with these people, but stay with them and watch your stuff.

probably good, but i had the impression that the machine used was not so powerful as I had seen other providers in the past that used a larger machinery inside their truck. THis was more portable air pump. But i am not a specialist

It went well. Very professional and thorough job. They also fixed my dryer vent - replacing it for one that wasn't damaged - that was an additional $40. They showed me before and after photos of my large vent - what a difference! Great job, I would use this company again.

I scheduled the basic air duct cleaning from Lowes over the phone and was given a special price for the services to be performed. One technician arrived a little early after notifying me by phone. I was surprised that only one technician showed up, since in the past when I've had my air ducts cleaned there were always two or three technicians. He said it was normal for one man to clean the ducts unless there were two duct systems in the house. The technician said he would show me video of my ducts before and after. He did not do this however. I showed him the electric furnace, all the house heating and return vents. He then started working and was finished in about two hours. I did not watch him closely. Toward the end I did check on him in the basement by the furnace. He had the cover off of the furnace and showed me the coils which were coated with dirts and clumps of dust. I have never seen coils so dirty in my life, and I've see these coils frequently over the past twenty years. He also showed me the brand new air filter that I just put in two months ago and it was coated with large clumps of dust and dirt. (During my HVAC fall tune up four weeks ago the serviceman told me the filter was clean and in perfect condition.) He took it outside to clean it. I asked him how he sucked the dirt down the ducts and his answer was evasive. I believe he incorrectly sucked the dirt into the furnace and thus fowled by coils and new air filter with dirt and dust. He did make an attempt to clean the coils and air filter and probably got most of the dirt and dust out but it should never have been there in the first place. This was not a very professional job. I would have to call it slip shod. On checking the air vent grates after he left I discovered three that were replaced in the closed position. I opened them so that warm air cold flow into my house. In the process of blowing out the ducts some clumps of dust came back into the house and had to be vacuumed up later by me. I did not pay a lot for this service and I believe that most of the dust and dirt from the ducts was removed so I am somewhat satisfied thought not really pleased. The technician was polite but assumed I knew nothing about the furnace, filter and air ducts in my home and attempted to snow me with his answers to my questions. I expected more and got less from Lowes. That was my experience.

They could have given more explanation.

They were professional and very prompt. The person came was very good, thorough and dryer vent cleaning was definitely worth the money. I will come to know of heating/cooling vent effectiveness later.

showed up on time, and called before arriving. Process was quick and easy. I did not receive the receipt for service post visit. I have called half a dozen times over the past 2 months and no one ever answers the phone. I am being fined $50 per month from my condo association for not having this service completed. I would be nice if Lowes had enough staff to answer consumer phone calls. Lowes did contact me after this post and was able to provide what I required.

On time, professional, and no complaints! The reason I gave B for price is that the $175 only was valid for one system (we have a second separate unit for the basement). The purchase was only valid for cleaning one unit. It was a small space w only a few vents, so the $175 seemed a bit high.
