Description of Work: They arrived on time and hooked up the equipment to our furnace. I watched as they cleaned each air vent. When I made arrangements for them to come out, I mentioned that we had purchased the option to clean out the dryer vent also. When they arrived, I don't think they were prepared to clean the dryer vent and had to get approval before continuing - which they did. I believe they did a good job - I wish they would have showed me the evidence (dirt) that they removed so I could confirm that the process was effective as I hoped.

Description of Work: I was extremely please with Lowe's air duct cleaning and I have already recommended them to others. They called me before coming and even asked if they could come earlier (not an issue for me). They were careful with the floor and always took off their shoes. Once I got home the tech gave me a complete overview of what he had done and what he had left to do. He took pictures of the vents before and after and even took off some of the return vent covers so I could inspect it. I had to replace some filters after the cleaning and he noticed i had some spares so he went ahead and changed them. Happy I went with them.

When they came the service took about 2 hours and now the air flows like water through the house, which is a big improvement to the molasses that it was before.
