Description of Work: Perform duct cleaning.

Description of Work: The technician, Bruno, called ahead to let me know when he would arrive and was here on time. He walked me through the process, explained what he would do and why. He checked out my dryer vent, even though that wasn't part of the deal that I purchased, and found that the wrong vent tubing was attached to my dryer. He educated me on what was recommended by the dryer manufacturer and pulled out the dryer to show me what was listed on the back of the dryer...this may have saved me a future dryer fire! He did the vent cleaning throughout the house and cleaned everything up when he finished. I will definitely use this service again in the future.

Description of Work: They cleaned our entire air duct system and all intake/vent registers, and then applied a "sanitizer" spray to circulate in the system to kill bacteria/microbes. They whole job took one skilled worker just under 3 hours. Large amounts of dirt and dust were removed from the ducts, judging by our system's filter and the dirt vacuumed up by the Lowe's worker.

Description of Work: The Lowe's rep cleaned all air ducts and the dryer vent. The service was excellent. However, the rep nicked the drywall on one of the vents and did not inform me at the time of service. He called about 30 minutes after he left but I could not understand his words because of his accent. He went by Joe. I think he may have been trying to tell me about the vent, but again I could not understand him with his presumably Western European accent.
