On time arrival - great technician - great job

They did a very professional job and I was satisfied with the work.

I was getting the house ready for sale, and the realtor recommended this service to assist with the sale. We had completed a lot of updates including remodeling the bathrooms, trim work and painting. The installer was on time, completed the job in a timely fashion and the price was very reasonable.

This was a $249 big deal purchase. It was okay. I was not totally impressed. I do not know what they were actually supposed to do I had them come back because I was not happy. I called them and they acted on it immediately and came back out. I showed them what my issues were, like, he didn't cover the vents so, like, dirt came up around the vents and they didn't clean it up, like, so it was out on the floor around the vents. I could see loose stuff flying in the vents but they did not vacuum it out so it was just laying there. It was not cleaned out and they should have done that as well. They did answer my call so I was happy for that. They basically just hooked up a hose and I don't know if they used suction or it they blew it out. I thought they would take a brush and kind of go through it with their brushes because I have seen them do that in other places, but they didn't. The customer service was very good. I took them a couple of hours.

It was fine. They performed their services fine. They were very responsive. They did the job, they took the vents off, put them back in and didn’t leave a mess behind.

Great! He was on time (in fact early), cleaned it very quickly and thoroughly, and didn't try to sell us additional services (given the low price, I expected such an attempt). Great experience.

It went very well, I purchased the big deal for air duct cleaning. I made the appointment with no problems. The Rep showed up when he said he would, he walked me through the procedure and identified possible problems and the solutions all of which acceptable and did not cost extra. Pictures of before and after, my air ducts were horribly dusty (maybe because of the renovation we had just undergone). I would highly recommend this provider. I will definitely use them again when it is time for the air ducts to be cleaned.

At first I thought that the job was not done properly. After a first review I got a call from the owner and he explained each step of the job, I already stated that the technician was polite and on time. I just didn't know what the job entailed. I will hire Lowe's next time I need air ducts cleaned.

Everything was alright, but nothing special. It met expectations. They should explain what they are doing. It’s a fair deal.

I would highly recommend getting this service done every 2 or three years - especially if you're a pet owner. Lowes did a great job. The service rep, Michael, was very punctual, professional and thorough. He did an excellent job. We could fell the improvement in the air quality right away. He answered all of our questions and made some helpful recommendations about our heating/AC system and dryer vent setup. Great service at a fantastic price! I highly recommend this provider.

The provider showed up in the estimated window and was very respectful of my house (coverings on his boots and he avoided wall/door damage while moving equipment). He cleaned/sanitized my basement HVAC system, my upstairs HVAC system, and finally my dryer vent. There was a little difficulty with the dryer vent cap on the roof (improper cap was installed prior to this service), so he performed the dryer vent cleaning from inside. I appreciate the adaptability.

Overally, this company offers a great value. They were also able to schedule me quickly, which was extremely important because I am selling my home and I was against a deadline to fulfill a buyer's inspection request. The technician worked very quickly and was very friendly.

I bought the "deal". They had me on the schedule in less than a week even over the holidays. They gave me a 2 hour window and called with 1/2 hour notice as promised before arriving. They did exactly what they were supposed to do and cleaned up afterwards. Very satisfied.

Berno (or Bernie - cannot read the handwritten name on the card well) was WONDERFUL!! 1st Explained process, what he would do, how, and what order, provided pictures before/after . 2nd process was quick, he worked quickly, yet efficiently. He made small talk and gave further information about what he was doing, why it was good to do, etc. when he was working in the same room otherwise just kept on working. He did explain before he started he would have to cut a hole in system to access, however explained how he would patch it up and that it was a one-time need, each cleaning after that would occur through the same hole. He cleaned up after himself, moved furniture back and forth as needed. In the end even he was surprised it was not as dirty as we both thought it would be considering I had never had ducts cleaned and have lived here for 6 years. I highly recommend the company and this technician and will be using them in the future as well as recommending them to friends.

Went well. Lots of debris removed from air ducts and a trash bag full of lint removed from dryer duct. Air quality in house improved.

Crew that was sent was very thorough and very professional. They were friendly, responsive and on time. Would definitely use them again.

The technician was thorough and the ducts were clean after he left. I had asked the company to send a tarp to protect the floors and furniture and they assured me that it was not necessary and there would be no mess. However, the ducts hadn't been cleaned in quite a while (the previous owner of our home likely never cleaned them in the 10 years he lived in the home) and there was dust and debris on the floor and furniture (including on my bed) when the technician left. It was not the technician's fault -- it was just dusty and dirty inside the vents and he had to remove the vent covers to get his machine in there. But since he didn't use a tarp or have a shop vac, I had to spend around an hour cleaning everything once he left and was finding dust bunnies for days even though my housekeepers had done a thorough cleaning and vacuuming job hours before the technician arrived.

Guys did a good job. Would have been interesting to see what, if anything, was removed from the ducts.

The service professional was ON TIME. He worked diligently explaining the process. He was clean and neat while doing his job. He advised me on some items which would help improve the efficiency of the dryer vent. The quality of the air since the cleaning has been greatly improved. Prior to his service, I had terrible allergy reactions in the unit due to the animals that the tenant had kept in the condo. That problem is resolved after the service. He did not rush, he was thorough and I would highly recommend the services of Lowe's for this job. In fact, I will use them in my home. Great job!

Bruno from Loew's was on time, a great communicator about what he was doing and efficient.

Went fine. Only reason I gave B vs A for quality is that it appeared to make a difference - less dust collection in house - but I could not verify thoroughness of job. Could have been A-quality, but I do not know.
