Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning

The crew showed up early after calling to verify that was okay for our schedule. The work went well and we were able to view live footage of the return being cleaned. Our dryer vent was not constructed well and the material used by the house flippers is not standard, so our dryer vent is very long and hard to clean. The crew pointed this out and offered suggestions for correcting the issues and also cleaned it as best they could. The dryer had just started to have trouble drying, so this was right on time. The dryer is now working again! Great work and fair price. The crew was knowledgeable and professional. Would hire again.

We did not notify them that we had two furnaces to clean so we had to re-schedule when they arrived the first time. They were courteous about it and gave us a discount for the second unit.

The work went fine on 6/22. Tech was knowledgeable, helpful, reassuring and informed me of what he was doing, how long it would take and the benefits. I would gladly have them and my technician, Christian, back at my home.

He arrived on time,inspected all the ducts and began the cleaning. Set up vacuum in basement and went around to all vents with air hose to clean ducts. Job took only a little over a hour.

He was great, cleaned up, showed me the birds nest as he pulled it out of the dryer duct. Very professional.

They did a good job and what they said they would do. My one issue was my dryer vent wasn't cleaned in a while and he spent a lot of time cleaning that out. He prob did a little bit more work then he would have normally do.

Marco and George did a very thorough job in cleaning the dryer vent and air ducts in my townhouse. My dryer vent is a little difficult to access in the attic. However, they got it done without any issues. They also showed me before and after pics after the duct cleaning and there was a world of difference. Would definitely recommend their services!

They started out really cheap, and then told me they cannot guarantee anything unless they clean the handler themselves and then the price tripled. They tried to tell me if I did not do the expensive service, the job was going to be poor.

They did very good work and were very professional and also explained all the work that was done. I noticed after they were finished and left our house that there was a crack in the ceiling of our second floor hallway which was under where they were cleaning in the attic. I sent them a picture of the damage. That evening a manager called me, apologized and then sent someone out to f ix the damage which was done in a such a good way that you could never tell that anything happened. This is the true test of a firm when they deliver in situations like this.

We called for a $199 whole house duct cleaning and made an appointment for Monday morning 4/3/2017. Mike and Justin arrived on time and surveyed the residence, explained everything, executed with precision and expertise, showed me the condition of the ducts before and after, and cleaned up after themselves. They were quick and professional. I would definitely use the service again.

Wonderful - very thorough with great job on vent!

Purchased the air duct special online on their website on Tuesday night, requested service the following Wednesday. Credit card was charged at the time of the order. By Friday morning I still had not heard from them so I called. At first they told me they tried to call my home number and it just rang, no answer and not able to leave a message. I asked when they called and they said Tuesday. Uh, no, I placed the order late in the evening after they were closed for the day. I told him nobody called the home number and I also left a cell why didn't they call there? Then the story changed to I was actually outside their service area and they could only do it on limited availability. They had 2 openings in a 3 week period for this "limited availability" so I canceled the order. To their credit, they did issue the refund right away and it hit my credit card the next business day.

They did really good. I will reuse them again in the next couple of years. The cost of service was fairly reasonable. They did a good job. They did exactly what I wanted them to. They were pretty responsive. They were on-time and very professional. For general cleaning compared to the price of other vendors that I got quotes from, I think they do a pretty good job for the cost.

They did a good job but he closed all the ducts which caused bit of an issue.
