Description of Work: Joe provided excellent service of my dryer vent. He found a birds nest in the vent. The best $99 spent!

Description of Work: Cleaned air ducts for two systems. Only took about two hours. Cleaned up afterwards and gave advice for continued maintenance (after a year or two). Technician was very competent, polite and thorough. We will use again.

Description of Work: I bought a Big Deal for air duct system cleaning (unlimited vents & returns) for $175. Everything went well. Scheduling was easy. I called them and they scheduled the service. The technician was here for about 1 ½ hours. He was friendly and cleaned up after himself. Everyone was professional.

Description of Work: Despite what Angie's List said, the service provider did not scheduled the service through the website, but instead asked me to call them to schedule. I had hoped to get the service done quickly and I had very limited availability, but the provider worked with me to meet my schedule needs without any challenges. The provider called 30 minutes prior to arrival and conducted the service professionally. I was pleased with the service. I would do this again.

Description of Work: Very responsive to schedule an appointment and accommodating to my work schedule. Arrived on time as scheduled and promptly to work. Very friendly, professional, and informative worker. Very satisfied with the work completed, the quality, and the price. My only slight recommendation for improvement would be to be a bit more clean: minor scuffs on walls, scuffs on corners where cords rubbed, and re-installing the vents so they are flush. Overall, recommend.

Description of Work: A technician visited my home at the scheduled time and inspected all of my vents and returns. When he was ready to perform the work it began to rain and he informed me that because the vacuum was on the truck it presented a hazard and the job would need to be rescheduled. He informed me that I would hear from the company early the next week to reschedule. I waited over a week with no contact from the company and I sent them an email. I waited another week and received no response and I sent another email and I am still waiting to hear from them. They will never have to worry about me using their service again. At this point I am looking to get my money back.

Description of Work: Whole house duct cleaning. Did cover my intake vent on my furnace that an electrician said shouldn't be done. Said they did it because the furnace was drawing air in and was drawing dirt off of the floor in. That was my complaint initially, frequent dirty furnace filters.
