Description of Work: They cleaned all the vents and did an excellent job

Description of Work: The lone duct cleaner arrived in a timely manner & then had to haul a large vacuum-type machine into the house to attach to each furnace (that he had to cut a hole in, but then patched). I was charged an extra $200 because I have an additional heat pump with about 6 vents. The "cleaning" consisted of having the huge vacuum supposedly suck out the built up dust while the technician went around to each vent, blasting it with a pressured air hose to dislodge the build up. I'm sure this did very little to reach the debris deep inside the duct runs that had built up over the years. At the end, the technician opened the vacuum to show me the dirt that had been removed from my ducts. It was dirty alright, but I'm not foolish enough to think all that dirt came from my system since he didn't show me a clean collection chamber before the cleaning began. In my opinion, it was a total waste of money & I won't use Angie's List advertised specials again.

Description of Work: They were very thorough. They were able to arrive earlier than the appointment and called ahead to see if we would be able to accommodate the time. Nice technician and very honest. Didn't try to over sell and gave advice when asked.

Description of Work: Lowe's did an excellent job with cleaning our ducts. They were professional, courteous, and offered additionally needed services at a reasonable cost. These included sanitizing the ducts and cleaning the dryer vent. Although we had cleaned the vent recently ourselves, it was unbelievable how much addition lint was removed with their equipment. We will definitely use |Lowe's again in the future.

Description of Work: Clean ducts of 2 AC systems and dryer duct. |Fine. But no real way to check. |Might Suggest their contractors dress with logo'd clothes rather than shorts and flip flops to inspire confidence in a brand.

Description of Work: We purchased the Angie's List special and paid to have all of our air ducts cleaned in our new house. We originally had them come out a couple of weeks earlier, but when they saw that we still needed our new floors installed, they asked if they could come back when that was done since the ducts would be even dirtier. We hadn't thought about that and really appreciated that they pointed it out AND then rescheduled with us for no extra cost.

Description of Work: Came on time. Called to say he was on his way. Very thorough. Cleaned area he worked in and put things back in place. I will definitely use this company again.
