Description of Work: The gentleman arrived promptly on time. He check a few things around the house and proceeded to the task of cleaning the ducts throughout the house. He was very efficient and professional and courteous.

Description of Work: Cleaned one vent duct system and dryer vent. Dryer vent was $75.00 extra.

Description of Work: Clean vents of large house. Also, helped fix a wierd venting system that was dragging in yucky unfiltered, dusty, smelly unfinished basement air to spread all over the house. We had just moved into the home.

Description of Work: duct/vent cleaning. bought service for $175, then paid an extra $134 at the site [my home] for dryer duct/vent cleaning & disinfectant. upon completion of the job the technician instructed me to inspect the filter after 3 days for remnant of dust [which was quite a lot]. I think he should have come back and completed the job, but I had to take care of that. I think this is a job that needs two visits; initial visit, and second visit 3 or 4 days after, when the dust have settled by the filter. this should be the protocol at all times; definitely not just one visit.

Description of Work: They cleaned out the main and ducts in my 2 story plus basement home. One guy was sent, he was young which made me nervous. However, he did a fine job. ** I assumed that Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning" was associated with the Lowes Home Improvement chain, it is not the same.**

Description of Work: They were courteous and professional. The house was purchased this year and I'm not sure when the vents were last cleaned, but from looking at the pictures they took the vents were very dirty. If a picture is worth a thousand words, then the after pictures of the vents fall into that category. The difference between the before and after pictures is dramatic. They mentioned that it might help to have the vents sanitized, which I agreed to. Hopefully cleaner vents means that we breathe better.

Description of Work: The service uses high pressure air to loosen the dust in the ducts and a large vacuum unit is connected to the ductwork in the basement to collect the dust. The service was performed efficiently and effectively. The service technician was prompt and professional. The only ding was that there were a few clumps of dust on the floor near each register, probably due to blow-back from the high pressure air. If that had been cleaned-up by the service technician, then Quality would have been rated an "A."

Very good job - first time using a Angie's List discount coupon and was disappointed that they company used this opportunity to sell us other services (which I would have turned down but since it was my husband at home, he fell for their sales spiel to get "additional service"). I really hate when companies make it sound like additional services will make the service you just had more beneficial! It is just a sneaky way to get more money from you!

Description of Work: They cleaned my air ducts, dryer vent and steam cleaned the air ducts using steam. The air in the house smelled much cleaner.
