Description of Work: Carpet cleaned three areas and a staircase. Two areas in the basement were heavily soiled. Result was we now have carpet that looks new and smells fresh. Outstanding service. Went well and beyond what was expected. Took out stains we never thought he could get out.

Description of Work: To my surprise the subject house had 2 systems! I was notified and given a good compromise price for the larger job. Cleaning was efficient and the before and after photos were amazing! Very happy with the service.

Description of Work: I had the air ducts in my home cleaned. I neglected to point out the vent in the kitchen, so I'm a little annoyed that one wasn't cleaned, but the individual who did the work was pleasant, punctual, and worked quickly.

Description of Work: Lowe's personnel were on time, very courteous, and took the time to do it right. Very pleased with the service and would use them again.

Description of Work: Cleaned the air ducts and vents connected to my furnace. Was surprised that they used a portable vacuum in my basement rather than a big vacuum truck like you see in duct cleaning commercials. However he did take pictures with his phone to show me the ducts were clean and showed me the dirt that the clean filter in the vacuum took out of my system.

Description of Work: It was Ok, but he was going to charge me double because I had two furnaces. I told him the coupon said "unlimited vents and returns". One furnace served two floors and the other, a smaller one served one floor with half as many vents and returns. Af term two talks with his boss we agreed on $275.00. I was disappointed in the cost because the coupon did not explain in writing that the service was for only one furnace. I had focused on unlimited vents and ducts. | | | |

Description of Work: They cleaned the chimney and they did a thorough job.

Description of Work: Cleaned furnace ducts and vents. Originally scheduled for a Wednesday, but changed the date to Saturday. Had some problem about it raining and he wouldn't be able to clean the ducts. However, it stopped raining and he was able to go on. He never showed me pictures of anything that showed he had actually cleaned the ducts. He noted some mold and I had a company who removed the mold and I'm having a UV light installed in my furnace. The cost was good but it was very unprofessionally done.
