Description of Work: Air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and sanitization. | |The original day scheduled for the cleaning, Michael (the technician) came over early, but it was raining very heavily that day. He suggested that we reschedule as bringing in the necessary equipment from outside would probably bring in a lot of mud. | |Rescheduling was easy. | |He noticed some mold in the unit, quoted me some prices for its remediation, but didn't give me a hard sell. I passed this time, but I might pursue it later.

Went to extra troubles to help with below problems: Because my return did not have a removable grate he cleaned it from outside and showed me haw well he was able to clean. Because I had just replaced my $50 filter he vacuumed the filter until I could replace. Great PR

Description of Work: They were hired to clean the Air Ducts in my Condo - and I assume they did that however they never removed or cleaned any of the registers in any of the rooms so I am not sure how really clean the air ducts got. During the visit the Tech, Bruno, asked if I would like to also have my dryer vents cleaned for a discounted price. I hadn't thought about doing that because it's one of the things you sort of don't think about especially when your dryer is working just fine. |But I thought okay lets do it. While Bruno was up on the ladder, he said that it looks like the vents are disconnected inside - and there is very little air coming out and that I should contact the property manager to have fixed. I said okay - had no reason to doubt him UNTIL the next time I tried to use my dryer and it did not dry the clothes in the normal time frame. It took twice as long to get the clothes dry. |I called Lowes and they had Bruno call me directly to discuss, which he did and he said he would be out to see what he could do - that was over a week ago and I still haven't heard from him. I certainly don't think Bruno did anything intentionally but my dryer was working just fine before he came!!!!!

Description of Work: I had the air ducts in my home cleaned. I neglected to point out the vent in the kitchen, so I'm a little annoyed that one wasn't cleaned, but the individual who did the work was pleasant, punctual, and worked quickly.
