Description of Work: They came at the time of the appointment, was extremely professional. He clean the fireplace in a timely manor. Once he finished they cleaned up after themselves you never would've known they were there.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for $175 for air duct system cleaning.

Description of Work: They called my 30 min before arrival as I requested. They answered my questions with good explanations how the whole process will work. They didn't mind I took pictures and video during and after the service is done. They let me signed electronically and emailed me the invoice (I prefer everything go digital and paperless) easy for me to keep the record. The workmen were very courteous and pleasant during the entire service. If they have sale again, I will definitely buy more! :-)

Description of Work: Vacuumed all the air ducts and intake vents in my house, steam-cleaned & sanitized them; cleaned dryer hose and vent; and cleaned the fireplace. The gentleman was thorough, things that needed to be moved were put back when he was finished, and he protected the rugs and cleaned up after himself. Very pleasant. A great job. Thanks.

Description of Work: I gave them three dates that worked for us to have service done. They never got back in touch with us to schedule. All I received was an email that said to please call to set up appointment. I tried to call several times and never got an answer or a return call.

Description of Work: They cleaned our air ducts for 2 HVAC units on 3 levels and dyer vent. One worker did all the work. He worked straight for over 5 hrs. It was a very hot day and the attic was not pleasant to work in, but he didn't complain. He did a very good job, particularly on the dryer vent. He was informative and said our only dirty part in HVAC was the main level return. He cleaned up everything well, including the spray of lint from the dyer vent outside. Only thing missing is that I would have liked to see pictures of inside the vents to verify conditions before and after.

Description of Work: Lowe's is always on time and they don't leave a mess behind for you to clean up. I am really unsure as to whether my dryer vent was thoroughly cleaned because I can still see a lot of lent when I remove the screen. I was hoping it would look cleaner. The service man was a bit unnerving. He kept telling me that I moved the dryer too close to the wall, that I left items in the pockets, and that I was responsible for various other things. I don't even use the laundry room-he just assumed because I'm female. There are five other people here, yet he pointed at me. Put me on the defense and it was very uncomfortable. It was his way of joking. I wouldn't want him again. I am curious to see if another company would clean the dryer better, however.

Description of Work: They were responsive and did a fine job in cleaning out my chimney. Only catch was they wanted me to pay an extra $30 to clean up all the debris that they swept out (meaning clean up all the dirt and soot on the chimney floor when they were done.) I guess that was why they offered the cheap price to begin with. I opted to clean up my own mess and forgo the extra expense. Would have been nice to know this going in!

Description of Work: I had my dryer vent cleaned. The vendor called when he was on his way. He cleaned my vent from the inside and from the outside. He did a great job. The vendor was polite and professional.
