Description of Work: The tech came and cleaned the vents, dryer vents with power vacuum. It went off well with nothing to complain. If the price was more reasonable, I would use again. They should have a price for Townhomes, Apartments and Houses. All are priced the same.

Description of Work: Date listed is an approximate date as I don't recall the exact date of service. | |Lowe's cut larger than necessary holes in the duct work and improperly sealed them. They are supposed to seal the holes with pieces that look like plastic lids. However they only sealed the large holes using large pieces of duct tape. They also missed an entire section of the duct work. We know all of this because we had a small fire in the house and had to have the duct work cleaned again to clean out the soot after Lowe's work was done. The second company that came and informed us of how the work was done incorrectly and showed us a huge amount of dirt that was missed the first time. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Description of Work: We had the air ducts and dryer vent cleaned. It went pretty smooth. He hooked up like a giant vacuum to the main air duct to clean all the air duct system and then he cleaned the dryer vent. When he was done, he made sure he cleaned after. All this was done in about 2.5 hrs. I was very pleased with the work.

Description of Work: Great job, but they worked h****** finding more and more cleaning to do. The initial cost of $175 went over $650 when all was done.

Description of Work: Cleaned my air ducts. Was done with minimum noise. There is dust in the air and you need to vacuum a day or two later to remove it. Also added a sanitizing option at an additional charge. We have had less sneezing since this was done. Well worth the cost.

Description of Work: Lowe's did Air duct cleaning and sanitation and dryer vent cleaning. The employee they sent was very courteous, explained what he was doing, showed me how the cleaning was done and the dirt pulled out and recommended intervals for future cleanings. I will use this company again.
