Description of Work: Cleaned my air ducts and for a little extra, cleaned my dryer vent.

Description of Work: They cleaned all of the Air Ducts and sanatized them. They also cleaned the entire length of the Dryer vent. All of the trash and dirt that may have resulted from this job was also cleaned up. Bruno was excellent.

No problem with work done but did not clean up after -I had to go to each register and vent and pick up/vacuum dust bunnies he pulled out. In basement used tape and dust everywhere . Overall good vent job bad clean up .

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for unlimited air duct cleaning for one zone. Lowe's agreed to give me the second zone at the same price. I received a call from Nick, the tech, as well as an email, letting me know he was enroute. He did a thorough inspection before starting work. When he examined the dryer airduct, he discovered the hose had come lose in the ceiling and was 75% blocked. He not only repaired the damage but installed new hoses that were the same size throughout. In my opinion, Nick saved us from a dryer fire in the near future. I wouldn't hesitate to use Lowe's in the future.

Description of Work: They cleaned all the duct work as well as my dryer. They notified me early on the day of service that they would be late so included their sterilization service at no additional charge. It was a great overall experience!

Description of Work: It was easy to schedule a time for service that met my needs. The provider arrived on time and was very professional. He informed me step by step how he was going about cleaning the ducts. He kept things very clean in the house as he went about with the long vacuum hose. The only thing a questioned was an extra charge to spray an antibacterial in the ducts. He told me about the additional charge of $65. In hind sight I am not sure that will have any long lasting effect.

Description of Work: They showed up right on time, early actually after calling to see if we were available. The technician went right to work inspecting the house for the steps he would need to take to begin. He provided an overview of what he was going to do and a warning that the process can be loud. He went right to work and got everything done efficiently and right about the time he expected. It was very good and would use them again.
