Description of Work: The company was prompt in responding, but was not able to schedule the service until July and I needed service before then.

Description of Work: They were hired to clean the ducts in a house. That they did fine, but in the process they tore and dislodged ducts in the the crawl space.

Description of Work: Original contact with vendor was April 26/27 2015. |The earliest the Provider was able to schedule the job was June 2, 2015. |Not a problem in itself, but there was no confirmation/follow up between April and June 2 by the Provider (I was expecting a confirmation call a day or two before June 2). |I was unable to make contact with the Provider on June 1 and after several calls finally made contact with the Provide after the scheduled start time on June 2. |The Provider was delayed (traffic/vehicle issues) and the work started later than anticipated. |Other than the confusion and lack of confirmation - I was happy with the work and the Individual that did the work was polite/responsive. |I would use the Provider again but do suggest they make a confirmation call the day before work begins.

Description of Work: The tech blow clean all of the ducts, however I was expecting a snake or similar object to rotate in each duct, therefore I was unable to feel confident that the ducts were clean. I suggest that the tech have a camera to show clients that the ducts are clean. I did not witness any sanitizing of the ducts I did not ask the tech at the time of the service what that entails.

Description of Work: Duct and dryer vent cleaning. Reasonably well done. The technician was prompt and it was very easy to schedule. The technician did a good job with the vents, but did not clean up any of the debris that escaped during the cleaning process. Also, no attempt was made to clean up the debris from the dryer vent cleaning which meant I had to clean up the removed dryer lint which was scattered under the deck and the bits of debris in the house and around the furnace. I believe the large vacuuming apparatus could have easily cleaned up the scattered debris and that would be a more complete "A" rated job.

Description of Work: The service was offered for $169.00 but dryer duct cleaning and "sanitation" spray brought the total to $300.00. These add-ons need to be disclosed up front not while the service is in progress.

Description of Work: Nick arrived on time. He was very pleasant and professional. After showing him where all the vents were he got to work immediately. He explained what he was doing so we knew how the process worked. Nick did a great job accept for one mishap when Nick was inserting the blower hose in one of the vents it didn't go all the way down and when blower was turned on it shot soot onto Nick and into the living room. He immediately stepped outside to blow the dirt off of him and vacuumed up around the vent but when he left we had to wipe the floor all around the carpet, vacuum the rug and furniture to get the fine soot off. So some work for us after the initial job. |In spite of the mishap. and accidents happen, we are very pleased with the results. Our vents flow more freely and we are not seeing as much dust on the wood furniture after cleaning. This is a big plus! And we are breathing better too. |Have nothing to compare the price too so we assume it was a good price since it was through Angie's List. We would recommend Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning services to everyone.

Description of Work: They came out on time and cleaned out the air ducts which were filled with dust (1.5"). This was the first time we cleaned the ducts since we moved in a year ago. All of the suggestions and professional advice was greatly appreciated. The person who came out was very pleasant, punctual and professional, two thumbs up!

Description of Work: They suggested more be done when it really didn't need the work. But they were gracious when I said "no." Otherwise they were prompt and efficient.

They explained and showed me what they were doing, and throughout answered any questions that I asked. They were polite, efficient, and thoroughly professional.

Description of Work: Lowes Duct Cleaning showed up right on time; 1 guy told me what he was going to do and had me show him my vents and systems. After that, he went right to it and did a good job. I only have 2 very minor complaints; it was tough to understand him on a few occasions with his accent (russian) and when he was cleaning up, he tapped out his filter on my driveway and left some of the dust there. He did mention it but I told him I would take care of it. Like I stated, very minor issues and doesn't change my rating at all, I would definitely use them again.
