Description of Work: Gentleman came by to do the service. However the day was raining. Could not do service since some equip would be outside using electrical current. He let the office know & was able to reschedule for a different date. |Two came by in the afternoon on a different day. They were able to perform the cleaning service within 2 hours. They gave us some suggestions on use of filters. Both were pleasant to work with.

Description of Work: Cleaning two chimneys. Work was performed by one worker according to standard protocol, yet soot odor in one chimney continues to permeate proximity even with flu closed. After the cleaning I expected no soot odor but it's still present. Don't know why. Eventually will have to address the issue.
