Description of Work: We are selling our house and need to complete some work before we go to the closing which is on Aug 14th. I found the deal via Angie's list for the work I needed and purchased the deal. Arocon called with in a couple of hours to begin the scheduling process but unfortunately they could not perform the service I need with in the time frame I need. All of my interaction with them was timely very professional and if I were to need similar work done in the future, I would try them again.

Description of Work: Bruno, tech, called to advise what time he would be here. He showed up on time. Greeted me and pointed out a few things on the way down to utility room. Once we got to room we saw a puddle of water under vent. He recommended that I call AC for repair then we will reschedule air duct cleaning. Bruno said that more damage could be done if he cleaned air ducts with AC water leak. I apologize for him having to make trip out. He was very polite and said it was no problem. Once AC repair is completed, I am going to request Bruno as the tech to come out to clean air ducts.

Description of Work: The Technician arrived early for my appointment. He gave me some good tips about my furnace and told me how he was going to proceed with the cleaning. Since my air ducts had not being cleaned in many years I could tell the difference after he was finished. He was very knowledgable it was a pleasure to work with him.
