Description of Work: Cleaned & Sanitized Air Ducts and Dyer Duct Vent. What I did not appreciate was as follows: The contact telephone for Lowes Air Duct Cleaning never had anyone there to answer calls. (2)The initial advertisement inferred that service was obtainable right away if one acted right then. Not quite true. They were not punctual.In their favor,the technician was professional, courteous, and efficient which made up for their lack of punctuality.

They arrived ahead of schedule, were respectful and took their shoes off. |They cleaned all vents and cleaned up any messes from dirt and lint. They were respectful and provide feedback on the vents and things to improve on. | |The dryer vent was complicated as I have a long vent. Nevertheless, they stayed longer to clean the vent, even getting themselves dirty in the process. | |The whole process took about 3 hours. I would use again.

Description of Work: Good job. Only concern was I didn't get a camera view of the ducts. But it was a long day and I was ready for him to leave. A good technician, seems like a good, thorough job.

Description of Work: Gentleman from Lowe's showed up on time. He took a look at the dryer vent and because it was made of plastic he could not use his "brushes" without risking destroying the existing venting system. I had another property within a 1/4 mile and he decided to give this one s try, but it was the same situation. Plastic, again he did not want to risk compromising the plastic tubing so he left. He at least tried to clean the other one as well. Throughout the entire experience he was cordial and helpful, finally suggesting that I get my money refunded. Thank you, William.
