Description of Work: Air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning service. The service provider was very accommodating as I needed the dryer vent work completed immediately, and they came back at a later date for the air ducts. The service providers were both very professional and thorough in the work they performed. In my opinion, the advertised special was somewhat misleading. After I had purchased the air duct/dryer vent cleaning, I was then told that because I had two units I had to pay extra. Even though the price was comparable and fair, I think the ad needs to be specific with regard to the pricing covers a one unit dwelling. Otherwise, I was very pleased with the service, the price, and the professionalism of the company.

Description of Work: Vent cleaning and installed a bird guard on the exterior of the house. Vent cleaning was purchased as a deal for $99. Bird guard and installation was $60 which I felt was expensive for something that is less than $10 and installation took less than 5 minutes. I was expecting something a little sturdier (not plastic) for the price I was quoted. The vent cleaning itself was very thorough and much needed! Our dryer is now running much more efficiently and drying in half the time.
