Description of Work: I had my duct work cleaned and sanitized. The cleaning was amazing and the only thing that I have to say that is less then favorable it that I paid for the sanitizing and I am not confident that I received that. There was nothing else done but blowing air through the ducts to force all the dust out.

Description of Work: Lowe's performed air duct cleaning throughout the house and cleaned the dryer vent. The representative was professional and explained the process. The only issue was when he cleaned the dryer vent, he did not clean up the mess below the dryer vent (backyard and deck area).
