Description of Work: It is hard to compare results to others as this was the first time we've had all of our air ducts cleaned. Based on the amount of debris that they removed I would have to say I was pleased to know that is no longer in our air vents. Service was prompt and gentleman who was here was very professional. I was pleased with the results and was so happy to have Angie's List to base selection of this provider on. As my parents had a very bad experience having a similar service done years ago.

Description of Work: Duct cleaning (basic charge) plus sterilization (extra charge), cleaning return plenum in furnace (extra charge). Built clever retention holder for furnace filter using on-hand wood (no extra charge). Good job!

Description of Work: The deal was to clean all the ducts for $175.00 . I hired Lowe's last year to do the same thing for another condo unit I own & those men did a terrific job . The two who came this year were incompetent and exploited me . I was totally preoccupied with a cancer diagnosis for my husband and there for too trusting . They told me that I needed additional work on the main duct and I believed them . They taped that duct and as a result after they left I noticed that the forced air made an annoying wheezing sound which can be heard in several rooms. So watch out ,

Description of Work: Lowe's cleaned our upstairs air ducts. We had never had our ducts cleaned before. He did additional cleaning while here so the price was above what had been quoted originally paid to Angie's list. He cleaned the entire unit in the attic and eliminated mold. He did an excellent job.

Description of Work: I used this company for a chimney cleaning. They were prompt, polite and professional. They did not try to upset. I'm not certain of the date, it has been a while.

Description of Work: They did a pretty good job on the duct work, however the tech never cleaned the dryer vents so I still had the build up of line from the dryer.
