Everything went well.
Description of Work: Clean air ducts and dryer vents. Two guys showed up and explain how their worked and how they were going to clean. They were very thorough and left the areas clean. My dryers work so much better.

Description of Work: Company cleaned our air ducts and dryer vent in our townhome. Gentleman was working for a long time and seemed very thorough (about 3-4 hours, if I recall). This was the first time the vents had been cleaned since our place was built in the late 80s. He discovered we were using the wrong size air filter and that it was causing debris to collect on our heating coils...not even the folks who recently worked on our heating and air conditioning system told us this! He also said that our dryer vents were so dirty that we were lucky we avoided a fire. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to others. We purchased an angies deal so this work was done for significantly less than what it was worth...

Description of Work: Cleaned air ducts and dryer duct. In the evening the furnace did not come on. I posted the problem on their web sites customer service site and some one called within 2 minutes. A supervisor and two helpers were at my house within the hour and they located and fixed the problem. It would have been better if the origional technicion had not dislodged a part in the furnace, but the companies responsiveness when informed was top notch.
