We had a great experience with Lowe's and highly recommend! I purchased the deal on Angie's List and was contacted the same day to schedule. The first technician came out to my house and we discovered that my dryer vent was blocked by our decking so we had to re-schedule. He was very helpful in recommending what to remove so they could access the vent. I rescheduled and they serviced my dryer vent the week after (per my schedule). They arrived 2 hours early (they called first and asked if that was ok because they were ahead of schedule). The technician was very thorough in explaining to me what he was going to do, showed me what was removed from the dryer (a lot of lint!), and then cleaned the inside. He checked the air flow, recommend a more efficient interior vent, and resealed and taped the vent at the ceiling, and cleaned up the area where he was working. I was very pleased with their level and professionalism, promptness, and thorough care. I will definitely use them in the future for my regularly scheduled vent cleanings!

Originally purchased "deal" based on positive reviews. Was told while they were cleaning the ducts that my returns needed to be taped because it was sucking drywall dust back into the furnace. This was an extra $20 per return ($60). Was also told they could clean the furnace which of course wasnt included ($80 I think), which obviously needed it. Just wish I had known about these add on costs before purchasing because I wound up spending about twice as much as I thought I was going to during their visit.

very well - we had a problem with the dryer afterward - NO FAULT of Lowe's. We asked them to come out and check everything afterwards and they did. Would absolutely use them again.

The technician appeared on time and was knowledgeable. He discounted the surcharge for the second zone because he could not completely clean the dryer vent with the equipment he brought.

The Rep was honest and honorable enough to explain to my wife that our air ducts were already immaculate and couldn't in good conscious charge for services. We just needed to clean one vent cover and to contact Angie's list for a full refund, which they did immediately. Although no services were rendered, the integrity of both Lowe's and Angie's List has won me over completely

The service techs were extremely polite and professional. There was an accident in which a cloud of dust blasted into the house. They apologized, indicated this was extremely unusual, and paid to have it cleaned up.

Called and asked if he could arrive 15 mines early. Michael C. was professional, polite and explained exactly what he was going to do and how he was going to do the work. Business like and cleaned up after himself and was very personable. Great job and he explained the results of the cleaning. It took about 2 hours and we are happy with our selection of Lowes Air Duct cleaning at a real price and no additional fees to do a complete job.

It was fine. He did a fine job. It's a little misleading when they said they're going to clean the vents. He was saying that they don't clean the vents and that they clean what's behind the vents. He has a little bit of an attitude doing that. First he wasn't going to clean my vents until I had to put my foot down. I had to tug behind them and tell them they have to clean up after themselves.

High quality service, especially for price. Recently moved into older home and after noticing mold in crawlspace and on air ducts, hired Lowe's for cleaning/sanitation. Everything as described. One gentleman took care of everything and did fantastic, professional job. Even went above and beyond to review issue we were having with home air filter. Made basic recommendations not applicable to their service. Air quality has since drastically improved. Well worth it.

Service provider came to the house right on time and got right to work. They did a very efficient job of cleaning all of the vents throughout the house. They also cleaned the dryer vent. They clean-up after themselves and did not disturb me, as I was working from home the day they completed the service.

Everything went well and technician was on time and did what he was supposed to do. After technician left I discovered that some of my plugs were no longer working because the vacuum that he used actually made the fuse in my circuit breaker go off. At no time did the technician mention that to me. In addition, the water heater also got off while he was there (most likely because he had to shut down a few things to be safe). I am not sure he noticed that, but that was an additional surprise. Finally, I discover that the dryer vent outside cover had been damage (again after the tech left)... This was no big deal (4$ at home depot to replace it), but again, at no time did the tech mention that he had broken it. So although I am happy that I did get the cleaning (which was long over due), I definitely do not think I would go back to the same company to get the job done

Overall, they were efficient and did everything that was expected. The worker was professional and it appeared he did a good job. The only thing I would have liked was more communication from him about what exactly he had done and how bad it looked. I think he was taking pictures, but never showed them to me (partly my fault for forgetting to ask before he left). Overall, not bad and seemed to be a fair price.
