They were prompt, cleaned up after themselves. Explained everything being done. They were great.

The technician that came out to my house came down from New York to PA. He called with an approximate arrival time the morning of the appointment and arrived within 15 minutes of the estimated time. During every step of the appointment he was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. The appointment took about 4 hours overall because of the condition of the vents in the home I had just purchased. Plus, the technician took the time to educate me when I had questions. He also recommended some basic things to keep our system in good repair going forward. Highly recommend and will definitely use this company again.

Great! Michael did a great job on the ducts; he worked very hard and he identified a problem with respect to my dryer's connection to the vent system and he fixed it at no extra charge. If I were to request this service again, I would specifically ask for Michael simply because he key to demonstrating that this service was a good purchase.

Just great! Anton was a bit hard to understand but he was very polite and professional. He was here for about 3 hours. He explained what he was doing. I would strongly endorse this service. Very pleased.

Tech was very professional and polite. The cleaning lasted about 1 1/2 hours. He took and shared pictures of the before and after view of the duct system and cleaned up nicely afterwards. Very happy with the service and will use them again in the future.

Nicholas (the person sent) did a VERY thorough job on our ducts. He vacuumed, air pressured, brush cleaned from the top and thru the ducts. He cleaned up his mess and left no debris. He spent around 1 1/2- 2 hours doing the job. Our ranch home is on a slab, so attic access was needed to reach the main duct . He was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. We have used Lowe's Air Duct cleaning before and will recommend them again.

I was very impressed with Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning. They came out on two occasions. I purchased a duct cleaning promotion through Angie's List. Then, I had Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning (LADC) out again to take video of the duct system. The representatives from LADC were punctual, respectful, and knowledgable. On their first visit I was getting home from shopping they were early and offered to help take my groceries in! During both visits the representatives explained the service they were providing and focused next steps for the care of the duct system. They answered all of my questions and I did not feel that they were in a rush to leave. LADC did not try and over sell additional work which I appreciated. In fact, they quoted me a reduced price for the video because of the structure of the duct system. They were fair with their pricing and I felt like I was treated like family. They gave advice to me they would give their mother or sister. I will continue to work with LADC.

Technician was professional, pleasant, and did a good job. The problem is that they bring their vacuuming equipment into the house thus, as the equipment collects dust from the ducts, quite a bit of the dust leaks out into the surrounding area and is recirculated throughout the house. Previous duct cleaners I have used had their vacuums in their truck outside - a much better way. I have moderate emphysema and have had difficulty breathing since the work was done. I changed my air filter - which had just been inserted the day before and which now was filthy. I also had to open windows in 80 plus weather. Bottom line, good workmanship, poor process.

The technician took his time to really clean out the air ducts and dryer vents. We just moved in and apparently, they have never been cleaned, so they were really dusty. Now they're clean! He did a great job! Thanks!

The person showed up on time with all the necessary equipment. The equipment they used was more involved than I thought it was, though I never had a duct cleaning since we moved in to our house a few years ago. It was a system of spinning cloth and sprayers much like a car wash but on a cable that went through the ducts. At least you know it was getting a good cleaning. They cleaned my furnace and blower out at a discount as well after showing me how dirty it was and badly needing to be cleaned. The guy even pointed out a screw that was lodged in one of my tires on the car which sucks for the car but was really nice of him to show me instead of just walking away and not caring. I will likely hire this company again to do a yearly cleaning on our air ducts and hvac equipment moving forward.

The tech came on time and was very courteous. He performed planned tasks and even finished dryer vent cleaning outdoors when it's raining. I am very pleased with the service.

Everything went smoothly. The technician showed up on the front end of the two hour window they gave me. He was polite and explained how he needed to cut a small hole in the ductwork for access, which he plugged up at the end. He cleaned all the ducts using air pressure and sanitized using a liquid in a pump sprayer (I'm not sure how much good that does, but it was included in the deal). I was pleased with the service.

The provider NEVER contacted me till I called and left a message saying if they dont call me I was going to request a refund. They then were able to call me back but by this time they were booked for the dates I requested. Waste of time and money, find someone else.

Two young men arrived well within the window anticipated. I received a phone call approximately 45-minutes prior to arrival. Each time they entered the home they conscientiously removed their slip-on shoes outside the door. They worked cleanly and quickly. They provided clear directions as to what they were going to do and how. I also have two small dogs that they treated well. They were playful and kind to the animals. Aware that they may be scared of the work ahead, they alerted me when loud noises were coming so I could bring the dogs outside to not scare them. I was shown before and after images of my main air duct return. I was extremely happy and impressed. They suggested returning at a 3-to-5 year interval. I've already written their phone number and the anticipated date of return on my unit to remind me to call for service!

The service was excellent, it went really well. The communication was good, they set up a appointment that worked for me and accommodated me immediately. Nature Chandler was the service provider who showed up right on time, called in advance to let me know he was on his way. Nature got here he was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly as he was going through the whole process. He was able to answer any questions that I had about the whole process set by step, he made me feel relaxed and comfortable with his work as I curious with the whole process. He was more than happy and excited to educated me about the work at every step. I bought the deal through Angies list, the services I have got through company have been top quality and Nature was able to give advice for the after care and suggestions for timing for the next service via before and after pictures that were taken during the initial cleaning.

They did the service okay I wasn't happy with the technician after he left my window open without telling me so he put the hose through the window and he just left the window open and for some reason closed the door so I wasn't aware that the window was open for some time. Probably better communication more conscientious.

It went good, he did a good job. The price was good, the guy was very professional whatever I ask him to do he did.
