Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning

Have not hear from them it's been 3 weeks

Very well. Technicians arrived on time, and performed the work well. All ducts were thoroughly cleaned as well as the dryer vent. They also trouble-shot an issue with the dryer vent and answered all questions I had. Finally, the left no trace of their work, not dust, no dirt, not marks on the wood floors. Very good service.

Fantastic! They had to make 2 trips because the drywall repair was not complete. They did not want to do the job until all the work was finished.

It was very easy to make an appointment with Lowe's for air duct cleaning. They were timely and thorough. Throughout the process Sergiey gave us tips on how to more efficiently cool our home and how our duct system worked- he was very helpful. At the time the camera wasn't working, but they came back the next week without a problem to finish the job.

Great job. Technician was on time, very friendly, and efficient. He checked the system and gave us recommendations on what will need to be done to keep our dryer running efficiently. He kept us well informed on each step of the process and showed us exactly what he found during the cleaning process. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Actually I bought it through Angie's List. I had them come out and perform the service last week. The person who came out to do the service was fine and was a nice, personable fellow. He was considerate of the property. The price was as expected. There were no extra services they were trying to sell and charge me more. They came out and did almost exactly what they said they would. One of the service included in there is a video feed of before and after, because you can't really tell whether your ducting is clean or not. The air duct is not something visible. It is not like you are going to see dust spewing out of your vent registers so one of the things they offered when I bought it was a video feed of before and after of the photograph of it. I didn't see that. I was not aware that there would be a limitation on taking photographs or videos if the duct is a certain size or anything like anything like that. When the guy came out he said he just can't do that so I did not get the before and after photo so we would have a physical confirmation on whether the service was really necessary or not. Regardless I bought the service so I would have gotten it done, but it would have been nice to know that. That was the big thing to sell from their point of view. There were actually a couple of bigger issues that showed up after the work was performed. He explained what he was doing and he worked hard. It was only one fellow that showed up. He seemed to have done whatever he was supposed to do. At the end of the service we had requested that the air conditioning be turned back on to make sure all the system performs correctly. I started to have problems with the furnace blower -- the fan would go on and then go off in a couple of seconds. He suggested that I call either HVAC service people or electricians because he thought there was some issue with the electrical associated with the house remodeling. To which I responded back to him and said the house had been running fine until that morning that he showed up. After he left I went back down to the furnace room to double check why things are not coming on. What I noticed was that he pinched a wire that comes from the thermostat into the furnace blower so none of that was working correctly. I un-pinched the wire and it started to work correctly. So my issue with that was that he did not inspect his after work. He did not check his work. The real safety issue is that he blew out the pilot light on my furnace. He should have checked the pilot light on a gas furnace. I relit it and things were good, but if I had not done that it is a safety issue.

The technician arrived on time and did a fantastic job. He didn't try to upset my to anything and even installed the new dryer vent exhaust pipe I had purchased.

The air duct cleaning went extremely well. As for the dryer vent, they cleaned what they could but detected a separation in vent pipe path. They identified possible location of pipe separation but did not investigate further. The ducts were cleaned well but I expected greater effort in determining the cause of issue with dryer vent.

Excellent. Nature (yes his name is Nature) arrived on time and proceeded to work immediately. He was very friendly and professional. A very nice man. He cleaned and deodorized my ducts for AC which had not been done for 22 years. I would definitely recommend this company. Nature covers most of New England.

Serge spent three hours cleaning the air duct vents. Very professional. On time ( actually he was 30 minutes early), very clean, and thoughtful.
