Description of Work: The provider called to say they were on their way during the requested window of time, arrived promptly, looked over my furnace and air vents, and cleaned my ductwork. i was concerned about mold, and they found some evidence of it on their own before I mentioned it. They installed a UV light in my furnace as a permanent form of mold abatement. The workers were clean, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient.

Description of Work: Very responsive and did a great job. They called 20 minutes before they arrived as I requested. They did not try to sell me any additional products. When cleaning my dryer vent, they even went to Home Depot to buy a part that was needed and didn't even charge me for me. They were efficient and clean.
