Ben did an outstanding job. He is patient, professional and very accommodating. He provides a very detailed explanation of not only the process he uses but also the results that are reported. His report is detailed but easy to read and interpret. He also has no issues answering questions either before he is retained, during his onsite time, and after the final report is delivered.
