Redwood Fence of Cincinnati

Unfortunately no eye for detail & poor quality material. We agreed on a 42" tall KY 3 board wood fence. They began installing a 4foot fence. When I noticed I asked them about it. They were wrong agreed to fix it and they did. So that was good. Once complete I noticed they used a lot of poor quality boards. Many of the boards were split and cracking, the gate was installed crooked, the vertical boards where touching the ground and they are not ground contact rated they should be at least 2 inches off the ground. The metal mesh installed on the back side of the fence is very loose and looks wrinkled. There are several posts with cracks all the way up them and some are crooked. I asked them to come back and cut the long boards and replace bad ones I marked for them. 2 weeks and multiple texts later they came back and replaced 4 of the 5 boards I asked them to. They used boards that were a different width than the rest of the fence and the gate they removed to replace the board behind it is now also split. For 5,000 dollars I expected much better materials and quality of craftsmanship. They seem to just rush to get it done and throw it up like it didn't matter what it looked like. We are not happy with how it looks nor the quality of material they chose. I've built many things and I know choosing your materials is very important. I don't know where they got their material but they didn't look over it. They also used a chain saw to cut the wood instead of a circular saw so the cuts looks super rough. They also used my electric cord coming out of my garage and left it out and the door left wide open. For the cost it should look much nicer and choosen better materials. I would not recommend them

Alex and his team is great. I interviewed 5-6 different contractors to install Aluminum fence in my backyard, and glad to hire Alex and his team for the job. They are very professional and did great job. There were a few panels that I didn't like the way they laid out (by the time, they were already installed). I brought that up to Alex, and he made the changes immediately with no words, even had to take him extra works. I would highly recommend Redwood if anyone is looking for fence installer.

I was very impressed by this company and highly recommend them. My contact, Alex, was helpful, friendly and very attentive even though we had a relatively small job. He knew we wanted a fence to adopt a dog and he worked to fit us into their busy schedule. The fence looks great. They were prompt and dependable. Other fence companies we called were very disappointing. Highly recommend this one.

Alex and his team did a great job on the privacy fence. They worked with me on the install to allow landscaping work to be done, and even came back a few weeks after the job was complete to install another hand pull on the gate door. Very friendly and the fence looks great! Thanks, Redwood Fence!

They did an amazing job. Communication was great and everything was done in a timely manner. Very pleased with the work that was done. We love our fence!

Alex and his team evaluated the gates and the posts. They recommended we replace the posts as well as the gates since the posts were 18 years old. He also suggested we switch from split rail to Kentucky three board to match our neighbors on both sides. They did a great job removing the old posts and gates. They even trimmed back some overgrown bushes to make sure the gates had good clearing. The finished product looks fantastic.

Everything went well. The team that did the work did an excellent job. They came and went about their work with as little interruption as possible. They also cleaned up after they had completed the work for each day. I would hire Redwood again for other fencing needs when they arise.

Alex was great!!! I have used big name fencing companies before but Alex and his team were better. Very responsive in his communication, worked in cold weather, and fence is beautiful.

Absolutely fantastic. This is the company to get if you need any kind of fencing at all. I needed fencing like yesterday for many reasons. Called three other companies for bids. This was in February. All except Redwood said they couldn't install until April or May. Could not wait that long. Alex to the rescue. Showed up the next week. I now have great looking fencing all around & it's only March 15.

It went great. They were very polite, punctual, cleaned up after themselves everyday and had a very competitive price. Took down all of old wood fencing and replaced with vinyl. Even made a make shift fence for our three dogs while fence was being replaced. Owner of business was at the jobsite everyday. I would highly recommend.

Everything went very well. The price was fair (the same as two other estimates). Alex was prompt each step of the process. The fence looks great and it also was inspected by my city inspector and it meets the codes of my city.

He was very reliable, friendly and went to extra lengths to make sure that he and his men understood how I wanted to wiring, and boards to look. He communicated proactively about start time, completion time, and when the weather caused delays. They even allowed us to use the fence for our dogs before the gates were completed by covering the gate space with wiring until they were ready.

Alex was incredible! Great pricing, well done fence, and even better customer service. We even switched it up last minute and decided on a double gate instead of a single gate and it had to be custom made at that and Alex didnt even charge us extra. I'd highly recommend to anyone!
