Alex from Redwood Fence was very detailed oriented regarding the fence, made very commonsense suggestion,which I took. His crew was friendly,efficient and professional. The price was fair and acceptable especially for the quality and the size of the job. I completely trusted Alex and would use him again and would recommend him as an honest,reliable, and professional businessman.Being pleasant was an added plus.

It went great! Alex was competitive on price, though not the lowest or highest. In part we chose Redwood because they said they could do the job within 3 weeks, when other companies were scheduling 3 MONTHS out. Then I got a great surprise when just a couple days after we scheduled the job with Redwood, Alex called and said they had an opening and couple start the job immediately. They got the job done fast. It looks perfect. The workers were professional and polite. They took care when trimming the bushes back from the fence line. They hauled away every last little scrap of the old fence. Alex was great to work with. Honest and knowledgeable. Very responsive and prompt with his communications which is very important to me, and quite rare with contractors it seems. I would definitely hire this company again.

Alex was great to work with. He was on time for our appointment reviewed the work, sent an estimate shortly after. We felt his estimate was fair and covered all our concerns. He visited again before the work started to confirm the details. Work went a little slower than expected because they hit rock on almost every post hole but they stayed after it in very hot and humid weather and completed it by the end of the week as discussed. The fence looks great and is exactly what we wanted.

Alex and his team did a great job with the installation of approximately 140' of black aluminum fencing, two 4' gates, and one 8' gate. They also constructed on site approximately 6' of shadowbox fencing to tie in with an existing section of fence. They arrived on time, worked nonstop throughout two very warm days, and completed the project in the time estimated. I was particularly impressed with the care and attention to detail they took to ensure that everything came out just right, and they cleaned up at the end of each day. Moreover, the longest section of fence had to be hand dug because it ran along the property line, where the main electrical line was buried underground. This was an enormous amount of additional work, but the original bid remained the same. When I noticed that they had forgotten to install a couple of post caps on one gate, Alex responded quickly and came out the next day to remedy the situation. Overall, I am impressed with the quality of the fencing and the work, and I would not hesitate to hire Alex and his team again.

The fence is beautiful and improves the curb appeal of the house. The workmanship of the fence is excellent and Alex is a true professional. He was organized and had great communication skills while we were setting up the job. He also was onsite for many of the work days and so we knew everything was being done correctly and we could ask questions when necessary. Cost was right on target for the work that was done. Highly recommend!

Alex stopped by and gave us a quote promptly. Even with all the bad weather before the installation date, Alex made sure that he stopped by and confirm the installation and all the details. Everyone came on time and removed everything without creating any mess and installed all the new posts at proper locations. With poor weather, they made sure all the work was performed on time and panels were installed 2 days after installing the posts. Gate was installed 2 days later due to poor weather, but they made sure that they install a temporary fence so that we could use our backyard. Payment was only made half on the day of start of installation and rest of the amount was paid after the work was completed. Really happy with the work and will recommend them to anyone.

Alex went above and beyond in every way to tackle a complicated install and meet my specific requirements. I hate to hire any contractors due to so many bad experiences but when I saw Alex responding to emails consistently at 10pm or 12am just to keep the commitment of communication, I knew I found a company I could count on. When he showed up early on a Saturday to review the quote I changed specs on 4 times, I knew they were going to do everything they could to get this right. This type of customer service is dying in the trades and Alex isrts the bar. My install on a hill was complicated and I had a half dozen quote it out but almost all took weeks to send out the quote and a week or more to answer my follow up questions. With Alex you get a partnership because he and his crew are the ones doing the work. His quote was in line with other EXCEPT it took into consideration the right way to install my project. The other quotes at the same price would have resulted in hundreds of dollars over the quoted price if I didn’t know the questions to ask. Alex however thinks ahead and communicates every detail someone should consider. His crew took care of my property and they went the extra mile to get the project done ahead of schedule. We couldn’t be happier with how this turned out. I’m happy to be a reference and speak to anyone trying to decide on their project with Alex.

Alex was a pleasure to work with. We changed the quantity and location of gates several times during the planning process and this was not an issue at all. They provided a number of custom gates that turned out great. Price was very fair and competitive.

He was able to start work the following week and within 3 weeks of original contact, we had our beautiful fence installed! very professional. I checked out materials at Lowes, HD, Menards, and Eads. Eads was noticeably the highest quality. Alex and his crew used Eads materials. I did the math and pais about $30 per man hour for labor. To me, that is very reasonable considering the quality of the work was excellent. I love supporting small business and this is one I guarantee you wont be disappointed.

These men left my yard in great shape, and didn't crush my landscaping which bordered the old fence. They were in constant communication with me.
