THIS COMPANY WAS REFERRED TO US MY OUR HOME WARRANTY COMPANY. THEY SAID WE HAD TO USE THIS COMPANY IN ORDER TO PROCESS OUR CLAIM FOR A NEW SYSTEM. THE TECHNICIAN THAT ARRIVED AT OUR HOME WAS NOT VERY COMPETENT. HE COULDN'T FIND THE PROPER TOOLS IN HIS VEHICLE. HE NEARLY CAUGHT MY GRASS ON FIRE BY THROWING HIS CIGARETTE BUTT ON THE GROUND. HE COULD BARELY USE HIS TOOLS OR DIAL THE PHONE WHEN HE NEEDED TO CONTACT MY HOME WARRANTY COMPANY. NEEDLESS TO SAY, WE DID NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, AND CONVINCED OUR WARRANTY COMPANY TO USE ANOTHER ORGANIZATION.
