concrete repair
+ -1 moreTERRIBLE. By the spring of 2010, it looked horrible. We contacted the owner of the company at least 3 times and no calls back. Finally reached him in late July 2010 and he apologized for not getting back sooner, came out and looked, agreed it didn't look right. We talked after he looked at it, and he was going to send out a "manufacturers rep" to look and see what could be done. Told me he would get back to me soon. After several calls over the last 10 months, have never heard back from him and the concrete looks HORRIBLE! If you don't want to do the work or guarantee it, just say that. I would NOT recommend this company for anything. Buyer beware.
Description of Work: We had them pour our original patterned concrete when we built our home in 2006. Concrete started to fade and had discoloration spots, so we asked for bids from several suppliers to redo the concrete. We chose this company - even though it was significantly higher priced - because we thought (mistakenly) that being the original contractor they would do the best job and I was following the old adage "you get what you pay for."

+ -1 moreSaid they'd send the estimate in the mail and we never got one or heard from them again.
Description of Work: Showed up almost an hour late for the estimate. Did not have any designs or ideas for us regarding putting in a patio. We had to do the designing ourselves. Very nice but not as knowledgeable as we would like.
