+ -1 moreI had some raccoons in the attic of one of my rental properties. Due to the positioning of their traps it took about 45 days to have the raccoons leave. I was hoping for a faster result. I'm not sure if I would use them again.

+ -1 moreWe used them for several years and the same person that used to check the termite stations had come here as well. He remembered us and we talked. He was here for 3 hours and sprayed pesticide around the house. He also drilled holes in the ground of the garage and put in the pesticide. He was really good and cleaned up after himself.
Description of Work: We used Orkin Pest Control to spray liquid around the house as a preventative for termites.

+ -1 moreNo sign ever that we had termites in the house. Since then, to keep the guarantee in effect we've had to pay for an annual inspection to keep the guarantee in force. EACH year they have gone up 10% on that fee. This year (our 11th time to pay for the inspection/guarantee) they again went up 10% to $185. I think this is outrageous and asked if they would reduce that fee. We had Orkin in our last home as well, and had another 10 years of premiums when the price was reasonable so we are clearly a long term customer. The "customer service" manager said "No..." They are pricing themselves out of the local market and don't seem to care. I'm very unhappy with them.
Description of Work: Back in 1998 we heard termites were in our neighborhood so had Orkin come out and do what they do to protect our house (8 yr old home) for termites as we live near a woods.

+ -1 moreI have been using their services now for at least five years. A couple times during the year we had ants at the kitchen sink and I would call and they would come out that same day to take care of the problem. Jamon is our service rep and he is always very friendly and professional.
Description of Work: They sprayed the interior and exterior of our home, put down a mouse trap outside of our home and they also put down spider boards in our garage and basement.
