Mike was very accommodating in giving me a verbal estimate, to his credit. When I called him back to schedule the job (twice), he never called me back...that's poor form.

In conversations leading up to the work, Michael was straight forward and clear in what our options were and what work he would perform. Day of, Jason and Michael were on time, polite, and professional. We walked through some of the ''eye sore'' spots on the wall before they began work. All we had asked to be done was completed and done so on time. In addition, the worksite (our driveway and yard) was left clean, as requested. We were so pleased that we asked Olde World Masons to evaluate some potential work on our fireplace - which we had already received a fairly pricey quote from a chimney company in the area. Michael obliged. Upon inspection, he concluded that the requested work was not necessary - and relayed that if it were him, he would not have the work done. I was impressed with his honesty - in spite of his turning down sure business.

Company representative that quoted the work and his crew member that did the actual work were both professional and friendly. Pleased with work. Only complaint is that one brick on the top row of each wing wall came loose when I grabbed them to check to see how solid they were since one of the main reasons for the work was to fix loose bricks in the wing walls. The loose bricks were corrected the same day that I brought this to the attention of Olde World Masons. Scored quality of work as a B due to the two loose bricks and it is hard to rate masonry work excellent until one sees how it performs over time. Otherwise, would have scored quality as A.

He wasn't professional. He took two of my bricks. I will be using someone else.

OWNER AND SON SHOWED UP ON TIME, WERE POLITE AND DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY CLEANED UP AND THIS CUSTOMER IS VERY SATISFIED. I PLAN TO USE THEM AGAIN TO DO MORE STONE WORK UNDER PORCH.
