NOVACK SCHAFER FLORIST

They really were good. They handled the whole arrangements. This was something that was going to New York State and I was concerned that I would have to go online and get an address of a florist in New York and do that. Then I thought of checking with Novack Schafer Florist first. I explained the situation and the florist there told me that I don’t need to do anything and that they would do all that for me. She told me that she would call me back if there was any kind of a problem with the order that we had placed. She didn’t call back so I am assuming that everything was okay because the funeral is tomorrow. Their customer service was great. The fact that I didn’t have to worry about it or that I didn’t have to go with an unknown company was great. She even told me the name of the company that they would be going with in New York and gave them our phone numbers. She told us that they might call us if there were any specifics on the flower that I wanted, which they didn’t do so I don’t think there is a problem. I do think that sometimes florists can be just iffy. I would use them again.
