MULLINS CARPET CLEANING

I had contacted them through a promotion on another site and set an early afternoon appointment. They were prompt, polite, explained the process and method. I had white couches, cushions and pillows that hadn't been professionally cleaned in a long time. I expected needing two cleanings to get them really clean. The areas they cleaned looked very good, but the ones they missed looked like dirty streaks. Instead of systematically cleaning an area to ensure the entire furniture piece was clean, they would go back and forth between cleaning portions of different parts of the furniture piece. The owner seemed frustrated in spending more time than anticipated with my appointment and in a hurry to leave. Some of the areas I noticed and pointed out that were missed he called them shadows, but did clean them. Other areas I didn’t notice until after they left, including a cushion with the dirty side propped against the couch back.
