I had a great experience with Jaguar, with all aspects of the project. Jay was punctual, honest, knowledgeable and friendly. The deck was built as designed and looks great. I would recommend Jaguar and certainly have already recommended them to a family member.

On 9-5-20 I gave J.A.G. Business Services LLC a 50% deposit ($8,025) to procure materials and to build a front porch on my house and repair a utility shed. They said they could have it completed so we could enjoy it that fall. then the excuses started. The Permitting process was taking longer than expected the City was swamped with permits. fall rolled into winter and still no materials or work performed. Finally received a text that the permits would be approved in late Feb 2021. No contact again until April 2021. Now told Still no permit with out proper drawings. Another Excuse. My only contact with J.A.G. was through Martin Jones who no longer works for J.A.G. I have tried contacting the owner Jay Robison through e-mail and text. With no response. It has now been almost a year since I put down my deposit and I still have no porch or any work performed. The only Materials I have received are (2) 8x8 post taking up valuable room in my drive way. and no communication from J.A.G. They wont respond to my texts or emails. I am going to have to file a civil suit if I want to get my deposit back. What ever you do do not hire this company. They are dishonest and cannot be trusted. Please take note too that when I contracted with them over a year ago. They were recommended to me by Home Advisor.

This company was awful! They did not live up to the HomeAdvisor code of conduct, one of which states, to be reliable, honest, honor agreements and answer calls/texts in a timely manner, which I have documented they did not do. We signed our contract with them in January of 2020 to build our mudroom and gave them a 50% deposit. Work did not start due to winter weather, then came the covid-19 virus, so understanding the closures and delays, sporadic work began in May. Within a couple of weeks, the repeated excuses started as to why they did not show up when scheduled or did not have a construction worker to work the job. They ordered and installed the incorrect windows and failed to order other supplies they were supposed to.  Being a trusting person, I, unfortunately, believed their excuses and always portrayed politeness in my communications. I have documented several incidents of failure to return text messages, phone calls, and emails. And all the while, we never received any reply to calls directed to Jay Robison. Finally, CJ communicated with us, and eventually, they just ghosted us. We even called Gerald Green, Jay partner, who said he would look into it, but he never responded. Once we hired another contractor to finish the project, we discovered the room framing was crooked and the windows had to be rehung by our replacement contractor. Unfortunately, we did not look back far enough in the Home Advisor reviews to see 2 other complaints by other customers that were similar (July 5, 2019 Aug. 12, 2019). Only about 25% of the work was completed on our project. They have not provided refunds for their breach of contract/failure to complete the job, nor provided us with requested written receipts for deposits, transactions, or cost of materials purchased and labor costs, verifying total expenses. These are deceptive and unconscionable acts towards a consumer. We gave them every chance to rectify this situation. We have since noticed their business accreditation was revoked 9/9/20 due to failure to adhere to BBB requirements and standards. Do not hire them!

They built a deck around my pool after another contractor couldn't get his work to pass inspection. JAG came to the rescue!! JAG replaced everything the other contractor did and built it so much better, I could hardly believe the difference. JAG also built an awning over the patio. They worked very well with the city inspector and answered all my concerns. JAG has great customer service and the job was done in a timely manor. Everything was cleaned up, and I know if I have any concerns in the future they will be there. Highly recommend!! Thank You JAG

Just finished up building a brand new deck and it looks fantastic! They were fast and very nice. Answered any questions we had. Very happy with the results! Will definitely recommend!

There is no communication between the crew, the owners, the salespeople, and the clients. No one seems to know what any one within the organization is doing. I provided the sales rep Andrew a picture of exactly what I wanted, before my pool was installed. Signed the contract and sent the deposit on June 26, 2019. Sent Andrew a text on July 8, that my pool will be put in the week of July 22. Once I had a definite day of July 23, it was like radio silence from Andrew. I finally got a response that I will be put on the schedule. July 24 Got the Start date of July 30 from Andrew and he said weather permitting it should take a few days. July 28 Jay and another man are at my door in a Uhaul to deliver bags of concrete and wooden posts. This was a Sunday, there was no phone call, no text, they just showed up. Said work would start the next day. Should be done by the end of the week. A whole lot of things have happened between then and now but not my deck. And not the one that I specifically wanted. Very disappointed.

Cocky, unprofessional, greatly lacks communication skills; internally w/potential customers. Unfortunately, my experience with jag was very disappointing. And clearly, I did not fit the image of what they wanted in a customer. Initially, I was seeking a company to replace four porch post, and down the road, go to the company for a large deck. It started simple enough, w/a home visit from Andrew. I provided a picture of porch post that struck our fancy. W/I the coming days, Andrew text pictures of available samples. Shortly thereafter, I thought we had decided on an option, when Andrew requested almost full payment as a deposit. At that time, I explained that paying so much in advance made me uncomfortable, with no action taken to address my concern. I was then contacted by Jay for payment; in which again, I addressed my concern. Jay seemed put off but reluctantly agreed to half the total as the deposit. Upon Jay picking up the check, I requested confirmation of the post we would receive to ensure satisfaction. Fortunately, depending on your perspective, they were not the post we wanted. The thumbtack text photos from Andrew did not reveal the differences in the photos I had originally provided. Long story long, after relaying this to Jay, he became extremely short then non responsive when communicating what we were looking for. His last response was I will do some research. After days of silence from Jay and sporadic text from Andrew, I asked were there any updates, for Andrew to respond. You tell me . He then continued to blame me for not choosing the post from the thumbtack pictures he text. I never saw samples, or a booklet, just text. And quite frankly, (also text) photo revealed they were quite different from what we wanted. I was then a bit put off by Andrew's response and advised him to go back to Jay figure out where he is in his research. Days later I received a text from Andrew terminating our contract. Lol. I guess my request for clean straight lines was too complicated. to get back our deposit check, that they agreed to return via mail.

I received more than expected. Very prompt call back, very prompt response to calls and questions, and I can t say enough about the quality of workmanship! I am not one to recommend businesses to others for fear of them not getting the same results as I did. However, I would recommend JAG and his group! Highly satisfied and will use again if needed!!

Everyone involved in building my new deck was absolutely awesome! They listened to what I was trying to accomplish, offered a solution that fit within my budget, and completed the work beyond my expectations. I am completely thrilled with the service I received and will definitely hire them in the future!
