Description of Work: They repaired a water leak in our basement. It has not leaked at all since they did it, so their work was superb.

Description of Work: Leveled foundation on house. Appears to be ok. It's really hard to tell yet. Workers worked hard in very cold weather. Were always on time, worked long hours and cleaned up. The only reason they were not given an A was they were suppose to come back and repair cracks between bricks as soon as weather got up past 40 degrees but have not come back or called.

Description of Work: Several years ago I used them to stop leaks in a basement, it worked great until lately. I call them to repair the leak, but I am selling the home as is, so they never had a chance to make a repair.

Description of Work: We had a single hairline crack coming off a basement window corner. We'd started to notice water at the base of the wall. Jaco came out and gave an estimate, explained the process and we set up a time. The technician came out and showed me what he was doing and it's been leak free for the last 3 months. Couldn't be happier with them. Very friendly and professional.

Description of Work: We had them come out to our home and waterproof our basement.

Description of Work: They sealed two different cracks that were allowing water to leak into the basement.

Description of Work: Jaco had applied a waterproofing treatment to the brick exterior and foundation of our house for the previous owners, right before we bought the house, as a possible solution to water in the basement. Later, we had water seep into the basement. Jaco came out and tested the sealant they had applied, then concluded that the source of the water was probably the clogged drain in the window well. Fortunately that visit was free of charge. After cleaning out that drain, we still got water. I called and left 3 messages, asking for a return call/visit to investigate the problem. No one at Jaco ever returned my calls, so we have since started working with a different vendor.

Description of Work: The intake pipe needed to be sealed. They had to inject epoxy to seal it. They put in little ports around the pipe to inject the epoxy. They cleaned up everything when completed.

Description of Work: I called them on the 24th. Adam called me back the 25th. He gave me a price over the phone of what it would cost for an injection of a bonding agent without checking my structure.
