Description of Work: At this point, I only requested an estimate for work to be done later. Salesman (Ron Smith) very knowledgable and informative. Awaiting meeting with 2nd contractor.

Description of Work: Replacement sump crock was installed. Everything was done well and the workers were great. Clean up was thorough. The price beat all other estimates as well!

Description of Work: We had Jaco insert two steel rods across a basement foundation crack and then fill the crack with epoxy. They were punctual, professionally dressed and mannered, and performed the work efficiently and neatly. We had previously had a structural engineer tell us what we needed done, and Jaco was responsive in providing a reasonable quote and doing the work.

Description of Work: I had issues with my basement leadking when it rained. I suspected that the issue may be due to the carck in the foundation,. I asked for a quote. A Rep. walked in spent less than 5 minutes and suggested that I take down all the Wood panelling and dry wall (if present). He was friendly but didn't care much for the job. ENded hiring a differnet company and they did a great job got a very good price.

Description of Work: We had our basement cracks injected so they do not leak anymore. Had 3 other quotes and everyone wanted and recommended that we full waterproof our basement, but this company gave us a realistic option that should hold for 10 years for a significant cost difference!

Description of Work: I called to schedule an appoint to have some cracks in my foundation looked at. I asked could I schedule an appointment at 5pm due to my work schedule and was told no they dont schedule appointments that late so I asked would 4pm be ok and we both agreed. The day of the appointment 4pm came and went. I called Jaco Waterproofing's business office several times but only got the voicemail. After a half an hour I called the business office again and left a voicemail asking them were they still coming. I never got a call back until the next day in which they left me a voicemail saying briefly that they were sorry for the missed appointment and asked to reschedule. The reason why I am giving such a negative report is due to the fact that I took off work to make this appointment and no one ever showed. I know things happen but when I called several times which was still during business hours I got no answer at all. No we are running late call or anything. I figure if they are non responsive for a missed appointment how responsive will they be if I spend my hard earned money with them. I am not calling them back and will just try another company.
