Everdry is an outstanding company. Our basement is dry. They put in a pump and a dehumidifier. I have only had to call them a couple of times in the many years & they come out fast and fix the problem. Just a overall great company.

We had Everdry waterproof our basement in 1994. They performed the work in a timely and efficient manner. They did exactly what they said they were going to do - to the letter. We had to call them in the summer of 2019 because the sump pump was acting up. They promptly came and fixed the problem with no charge or fee whatsoever, as it was covered under our warranty. We have been extremely happy since 1994 with the work they did! We highly recommend Everdry Waterproofing!

Really well. They dug out and sealed the foundation around the basement and in the ensuing 2 years there has not been any water, or even moisture seepage finding its way into the basement. Their Lifetime Warranty is great and gives peace of mind.

My wife’s and I’s experience with Everdry was exceptional. The in home evaluation was easy and the professional explained exactly how the process works and was upfront about pricing. Their customer service was excellent in helping get us scheduled (we had a baby on the way and wanted to get it done before the baby was born) so they worked to squeeze us in which was appreciated. On the actual construction days, the team was professional and communication was good with the project leader. We are one year from installation and have had some big rains and the basement is still bone dry. I’ve since had to call with followup questions regarding warrantee upkeep, and their phone customer service is excellent and they are so easy to get a hold of. I know that many struggle with contacting contractors for followup and the easy of mind that this is an established business with good communication and followup for customers is worth it. My only complaint is the website is rudimentary is very challenging to support online bill pay for the warrantee payments, but other than that, a very good job!

We had a serious water problem in our finished basement caused by the previous owner ignoring and covering things up prior to sale. We ended up needing to have the whole basement redone, and I wanted to make sure it was done right. EverDry came in with a great price and completed the job in less than a week, including both outdoor (waterproofing) and inside work (drainage channels, sump pump, air filtration). Everyone was very professional and made sure they explained what was being done and what we could expect. We have had only one major issue since this work was performed about 7 years ago which had to do with the sump pump - it took a few visits to isolate the issue, but they were able to replace the part(s) that were causing a problem - a float and a control panel - and all was covered under warranty. I believe they even replaced the battery for me since the other problems had caused the battery to drain more quickly and expire prematurely. I love the fact that they have a renewable warranty ($75 per year) and all work is covered. Everyone is always super helpful and friendly whenever I've needed to call with any questions.

Everdry was extremely professional before, during, and after they did the work. We had a pipe become exposed after the work was done and they did a free warranty fix on it. Super prompt and excellent service.

Excellent. This work was done 23 years ago and have not any water in the basement since this work was performed. Well, one time some because the sump pump died. Contacted EverDry and they came out and replaced the faulty sump pump at no cost. I would recommend EveryDry to anyone who ask.

Everdry did the interior/exterior package on my 40 year old basement and I'm extremely satisfied. When it rains I no longer go to the basement and get ready for the clean up. They did a great job and did it quickly.

This company is the best. Our home was built in the 1940's and the basement was useless to us with leaking and musky smell everywhere. Everdry came to our rescue. Since we had the work done to waterproof the basement we have since remodeled and made the basement into a finished lower level which we use when we have company. There is no more musky smell or water leakage. We would highly recommend this company and have done so to may neighbors. They are the best around town.

Fine, I came to the house on my lunch break they are very good and quick at digging by hand, most of it done by the time I got there. Only problem I had was the contractor on site was not doing it the way the salesman explained it to me and I agreed on. So I had them redo it the way I wanted and what the contract said. They needed to come back a couple of weeks later to fix a leak due to they couldn't get close enough to the wall the first time. I took out the drywall for them to fix properly. Great job finishing inside and out. No water in Basement it's been 4 years now!!!

Awful. It took several different crews to come out and repair what the previous crew did. The first crew showed up for 1 hour then left to do a different job, after we already took time off from work to be home that day. When they returner the following day, that crew bickered amongst themselves and the crew manager walked around with his shirt off. Very unprofessional. I can only hope after several visits that the job was done right.
