Description of Work: EVERDRY responded promptly to my request to check out a possible problem with their water proofing. The original job was done four years ago. There is a lifetime guarantee, apparently, if a fee is paid yearly to keep up the warranty. A work day was scheduled and the work completed to my satisfaction. The workers were prompt and courteous, as was the person who came out to look at the problem and the office people. The repair is working well. I have needed to have follow up work before because the problem area is apparently difficult to correct. I feel that the company is committed to quality work and trust they will continue to be. Absolutely no hassle.

Description of Work: Waterproofed our entire house, which means they dug around the entire house. It was a lot of work. It was very successful. The work is guaranteed for life of house. We have had to call them back a few times, they came promptly and willingly.

Description of Work: They put a french drain inside our basement and waterproofed the outside by digging down 3-4 feet. Installed new sump pump with battery backup, air flow fan and window wells. The work team was prompt and professional. They did a really great job. We needed a loan for this project.We signed same day. We were not told that only a portion of the cost was covered by the loan until well after our 3 day cancellation period. We wanted to cancel but the cancellation fee was more than the $ overage, so we had no choice but to continue. This really put us in a bind but they did work with us. Over all Everdry did what they said they would do. A manager and supervisor spoke with us everyday addressing any questions and changes to be made. We are very happy with the outcome and recommend their work. Just don't sign any thing until you are sure.

Description of Work: I HAD MY BASEMENT WATERPROOFED ABOUT TEN YEARS AGO. IT WAS EXCELLENT WORK DONE PROPERLY AT A REASONABLE COST. I WOULD HIRE EVERDRY AGAIN.

Description of Work: The reason why is the project ran me at a total of $20,000.00. It was extremely messy project, which I completely understand. I already had a partially finished basement so I had to get rid of my carpet shortly after the project was completed because of all the dust. It was gross! I ended up having further problems with water and mold a few years later. I called them and they would not honor my warranty at first because they said I owed money in order to reinstate my warranty because I didn't pay the required $40 a year maintenance fee for the EZ breathe system they installed. I complained because nobody said a word to me about this prior to the project but they got me because it's in very very small print on one of the contract forms. They then kept putting me off and putting me off when I called to have a technician come out to my house to inspect the issues that I was having on one of my walls which was covered in mold from water damage and they said that the wall was not part of the project or warranty. However, they repaired several cracks on that wall as part of the initial project so to me that means it was part of the project, right? According to then it wasn't. Long story short, after threatening a lawyer, they came out and put in 3 I beams. But......I had to pay for it!!! $2,500.00. They do good work when they want to. I would advise anyone to seriously shop around before they make that huge financial decision and to have the gutters inspected by an independent gutter company prior. After having everdry come out to my home 3 additional times after the project was completed, they finally got it right and I have a water free basement, for now! They use this piece of garbage fix a crack stuff thats like concrete to patch any holes. Needless to say, it doesn't work a single bit. So buyer beware! Do your homework and read the fine print on the work order and contract. My garden has never been the same since then either. They tore out all of my plants and flowers and now I have vines and all kinds of foreign unwanted junk growing in my garden. Customer service for Ever dry and their supervisors need a crash course on how to deal with people. They were disrespectful at times. Never returned phone calls or anything. So basically, once you paid...you're done. They don't care about you. Customer service gets a D for sure. Lucky I didn't give them a straight F. But that's because one representative finally got my message that I was angry and passed the word on and things got done. I hope this helped!

Description of Work: They did an excellent job! They went around the whole perimeter of the foundation and dug it out. They covered it with concrete. We did have to call them once because a battery went out on the sump pump and they came back to replace it. They’ve done very well.

Description of Work: They waterproofed my basement. My basement is waterproofed but I have had some issues. However, every issue I’ve had has been addressed. I had worked with them before and everything was perfect. This time, it did not go smoothly, but it all worked out in the end. I feel confident that things will continue to be worked out and they have been very responsive.

Description of Work: It was outstanding! We had been in the house a long time and had a constant problem with mold. We had water crash in from the bathroom. We called Everydry and they did a marvelous job. We haven’t had a drop of water in the basement ever since! For a nominal fee, they will extend the warranty of the their work and will even extend it to the purchasers of the house should you sell. I can’t speak any more highly of it.
