I called Everdry in an attempt to schedule a person to come out and give an estimate for a full basement waterproofing. All I wanted to do was have someone come out and give their bid to do the repair work. They refused to come out unless both homeowners were home for their arrival. I tried several times to tell them this is not an easy task in that both of our schedules are hard to work with, hard enough for us. They refused to come out unless both were their because they have "separate questions for the husband and wife?" They then tried to pressure me into having them over at 8pm to give the estimate. I informed the rep. that I am not comfortable with having an estimator over after it was dark, she just told me not to worry they use flash lights. This whole issue is ridiculous and I can't believe they wouldn't even provide an estimate. I could understand wanting both home owners to sign the contract but I wasn't looking to hire them "yet" - just an estimate. Long story short - I told them "forget I called and I'll call someone else". I will not be working with them ever.

Everydry will only do one "complete" service. Didn't think my problem warranted a costly and complete overhaul, and tried to talk about the smaller cracks. The salesman, while professional through the whole talk, simply refused to discuss it. I think that if my problem was a serious one, rather than a few tiny cracks in my basement wall, this may be worth a second look. I'm going in a different direction, and not digging up around my entire house and all around the basement walls. The follow-up call from the company was downright pushy. The guy practically demanded a date for another representative to come out and talk about a 'substantial discount' that I was going to get. After I stood firm and told him three times that we were not interested in their services, he finally gave up. Not a good experience, and definately brought the whole grade down.

Overall they did a good work. They had some equipment problems on the first day. They got the job done in the time they said they would get it done. They tried a lot to keep everything clean and neat. They were on time and they were professional.

I had a highly rated competitor out and we looked at the problem together and decided my problem was twofold. One my drain spouts needed to be diverted away from the house and I need to re-grade a bit on the front of my house. A few hours with a shovel and a wheel barrel and my problem is solved. A lot better than 10 to 20,000.

We didn't end up going with them because of their sales tactics.

The work was well worth the price. They have a guarantee. Whenever I have had a drop of water in my basement they come over and take care of it right away. Which is the most valuable thing. It was a very difficult job to do, I have a big basement. They fixed the problem. I would recommend them.

It went very well overall. The only complication was that the dust set off the smoke detector in the basement and as a result the fire department came. I would know the next time that the smoke detector needs to be covered before work begins. The men on the job worked very hard. The job was completed in three days. The clean up after the work was completed was very thorough both inside and outside.

Pretty poor. The sales rep toured the entire basement and kept finding examples of mold that he claimed were very dangerous--I doubt that some of the examples were mold. He showed me much information and numerous references about his company. As he finished writing up the estimeate, he stated he had a problem and maybe I could help him. I became suspicious. He told me that due to scheduling he could get me started tomorrow if I would sign the contract right now for $3000.00 less the estimate. I was shocked at the hard sell and refused. At this point his enitre demeanor changed--he was no longer friendly and in a hurry to leave.

They fulfilled their committed contact work in a timely manner. Resolved the flooding problem completely. So well that sump flow needed to be addressed twice in form of additional piping and exterior drainage ditches. I have also required several minor basement leaks patched and filled. All of the follow-on work at NO CHARGE since I have paid the annual maintenance/insurance premium. I am quite satisfied with overall service and would highly recommend this group as good cost/quality contractor. The annual maintenance program is a very good value also.

Surprised by the cost of the basement. I live in a smaller home, and was surprised to find that they charge nearly the same price for all of their jobs. Was not worth the cost.

They came out to the house and said they didn't do this kind of work. They were very friendly and professional. They wanted to redo my basement, and I thought the price was high - over $17,000.

The young man was pleasant, well dressed, and polite. He gave us company background, asked questions about where I work, how long, how long I've had the house & went to the basement. He dismissed our thoughts on the source of the water. Proceded to talk about the repairs. One was to tear up the basement floor - it's dirt/no floor to take up. He also talked about the poured walls - it's stone. He wanted to put up some white 'board' to make it look better in the basement. We had told him we never use the dirt floor basement/old farm house with low ceilings. We felt if he didn't have pictures, his description of the work would have suggested he was never in MY basement. It seemed all about the sale and nothing about what we needed to solve a water/mold problem.

I was surprised how hard the work was. They had to remove almost 50 five gallon buckets of concrete from my basement alone. They used a vacuum around their jackhammer so it would collect most of the dust. They cleaned up very well and I was very happy.

They are very good , courteous and helpful.

I called the local rep to report the problem that happened last night, and I was told that it would three weeks before anyone could come and trouble shoot the situation. If we have another down pour like what we had last night, I could be facing major water damage to wall-to-wall carpeting.

SHAWN LED THE WORK CREW & HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME ABOUT THE PUMP & THE SYSTEM INSTALLED. IT WAS VERY EXPENSIVE, BUT THE WORK HAS A LIFETIME WARRANTY SO I AM GLAD I GOT IT DONE.

EVERYONE WAS POLITE FROM MY FIRST PHONE CALL, THROUGH THE SALES & LABOR PROCESS. MET ALL THEIR COMMITMENTS, THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, PUNCTUAL, & MADE A GREAT IMPRESSION

NOT A GREAT EXPERIENCE, JUST IN THE QUOTING PROCESS. THE MAN WHO CAME TO QUOTE WOULD NOT SPEAK TO ME (''THE WIFE''), ONLY ADDRESSED MY HUSBAND. I HAD TO LEAVE FOR A MEETING AND WHEN HE SHOWED THE QUOTE TO MY HUSBAND, WANTED HIM TO CALL ME TO GET MY BUY IN. THEY CALLED TWO DAYS LATER AND SAID THEY WERE ABLE TO DROP THE PRICE BECAUSE THEY WOULD BE IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD. ALTHOUGH THEIR PRODUCT LOOKED GOOD, NOT COMFORTABLE WITH THE SALES PROCESS. ALSO CHECKED OUT THE BBB WEB SITE - 5 COMPLAINTS IN PAST YEAR.

THE WAY THEY BID A JOB IS ODD. IT WAS A BRIEF MEETING WITH THEM AND I'M QUESTIONING THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES BECAUSE OF THE WAY THEY BID THE JOB AND THE WAY THE SALES PEOPLE INTERACTED WITH ME.

HAPPY WITH THEM BECAUSE THE BASEMENT HASN'T LEAKED SINCE.
