Description of Work: It was outstanding! We had been in the house a long time and had a constant problem with mold. We had water crash in from the bathroom. We called Everydry and they did a marvelous job. We haven’t had a drop of water in the basement ever since! For a nominal fee, they will extend the warranty of the their work and will even extend it to the purchasers of the house should you sell. I can’t speak any more highly of it.

Description of Work: They waterproofed our basement. It went excellent. I would definitely recommend them based on what they did for us. We have not had any moisture after 15 years!

Description of Work: They did a great job! Fast, efficient, and professional. So, far the system is working great and we have had a lot of snow melt and rain and our basement is the driest It has ever been. They were respectful of our home and the process is pretty invasive and in the end it looks like no one was ever here!

Description of Work: I first met with the man who comes out and assesses your house on Sept.16,2013. I needed to have my basement waterproofed. Because I was willing to be "on call with 24 hrs. notice," the charge was dropped from 17 thousand to $14,140. My family and I rushed to get our packed basement emptied. They showed up to do the work on Jan. 2, 2014. It was freezing cold out and snowing with about 5 or 6 inches on the ground. The work took 3 days as I was told it would. There were 4 or 5 guys in the basement and outdoors. The furnace had to be turned off and on while they worked for 2 of the days. They finished on Sat. afternoon. My basement was a muddy mess and so was my driveway and yard. They told me someone would be calling to come out and regrade the yard because of the snow and frozen earth. Finally in March, I called them and told them that the drain pipe leaving the basement no longer drained the water into the pipe running under the mulch in my yard, it was draining into the hole around the pipe outside. Two employees showed up in early April and fixed that but I did not see them go around the house and regrade all the dirt piled up. I ended up hiring a landscaper to come do that. I am glad to report that the basement has stayed dry since they did the work and I can call them if I have a problem with that.

Description of Work: We had some concerns when we first had Everdry out to our house because of high pressure sales and scare tactics their initial salesperson used. We called for some second opinions and we were told by other companies of the scare tactics used by Everdry. After we listed a bad review on Angies List the General Mgr. ,Charlie, called us. He wanted to come out and go over the system and take a closer look at our problem. We appreciate the fact that Charlie cares enough about his company's reputation to come out and speak with us directly. In our case, we actually do need their system, but I recommend getting a second opinion because the Everdry salespeople arenselling hard their system despite your individual needs.

Description of Work: First salesman came to my home and went through all his products. He gave the interior and interior exterior solution with pricing which was acceptable. The second salesman came saying he would give me a really good price. He came and only sold the interior exterior solution which was not only way too expensive, but outrageously impractical. We have a deck all around our front yard with a high degree of landscaping. We have a large drive way and a gazebo in the front. In the back we have a deck that I just spent money on to refinish and a lot of paving for a patio. The salesman claims he can dig all the way down to the bottom of the foundation all the way around the house and relocate all my landscaping and even my decks and do it in one day. He claimed he would do this to find cracks around the exterior. Not going for it, and thought it was ridiculous.
