+ -1 more.(513 623-4867)He runs a oneVery well. Dealt with Bill Eckert directly, and he was very flexible. Originally I had wanted to just remove and re-install the original vinyl gutters, and he was agreeable to that but explained to me why he didn't think it was a good idea. He was very prompt for all of our meetings (even early!) and so was his crew. He runs a one-man office, spending most of his time in the field, and relies most of the time on his cell phone (513 623-4867) once initial contact is made with a customer. We had a length of fascia that had rotted badly; they replaced that. His crew takes a lot of pride in their work and use first-quality materials.
Description of Work: Installed vinyl siding and vents on two end gables and one porch gable. One end gable and the porch gable were the same size as the existing gables and were installed over them. The other end gable has a 15" exhaust fan but the existing vent is only 12" wide, so it was necessary to install a 24" vent and construct a hexagonal tunnel to match the fan diameter to enable both smooth air flow and a low noise level. The existing gutter system was a Genova "snap-to-assemble" system which is suitable for one-man construction (I know - I did it myself) but now that I had professionals installing it I opted for seamless gutters and one more downspout. However, I wanted the existing gutter system to be removed with care so it could be donated to ReStore.
