Description of Work: I purchased a duct cleaning for 199 and read the earlier reviews where the customers said the person complained Angie's List made a mistake and put the wrong price for the deal. Theirs had been for $50 or $100. I figured mine was higher priced, so the company should have worked out any Angies List issues. The person who did the service was very professional and explained how it would work. He also explained the duct cleaning would not cover the system itself and that his boss had explained the pricing was not listed properly on Angie's List. That is the part that frustrated me, so I asked to call the owner and told him so. He gave me a discount on the remaining ducts and the system. I believe the service was performed fine, but I feel that if someone doesn't like the pricing, they can change it or post a note, and not expect someone to pay more for the service they think they have purchased already...
