Excellent! I had additional ducts of 8 from the deal offer so there was some incremental costs - but very very reasonable. Overall, the technician was courteous, punctual, and very informative. Took ample time to provide answers and educate me on the process. I strongly recommend this provider.

Arrived on time and went through everything he was going to do and how it worked , very good at explaining whole set up and how it works . Work was performed and he showed me what came out of the vents and wow it was a lot , I had just bought house a month ago and wanted them cleaned before I installed new furnace . Very happy with service and a great deal from Angie's list . Will recommend then to everyone

This "great deal" that I purchased turned out not to be a great deal at all. It read as, "$50 for $100 worth of Air Duct Cleaning." I bought the deal on 7/15/13. didn't hear from the company to schedule, and I made two calls to Angie's List asking what was going on. Angie's List was very helpful and did make efforts to contact the owner. He finally called, scheduled a time to come out (it was mid-August by this point). He came out on 8/23/13. He explained when he got here that the deal was rather deceptive because duct cleaning was usually well past the $100 service it read as being purchased for $50. It is basically buying a $50 credit toward a quote that will end up being anywhere from $300 - $600. SO....when I thought I would get my ductwork cleaned, I essentially paid for a $50 quote for something I couldn't afford. :( He also said that the way it was written was done by Angie's List and that they suggested he promote his business with this "deal." I don't know about that, but I really didn't care for the way he did business. I explained over the phone that I wanted to get this done because my partner, who is asthmatic, was going through chemotherapy and radiation and I wanted to improve the air quality for health reasons. When he arrived, I opened the door and greeted him and he said, "So what's going on? You are noticing a lot of dust in the air?" It was obvious that he didn't pay attention or take much concern to our situation. When he was walking through our home, he told me that we have "too much art." I replied with the fact that I am an artist. So....I have decided that I would rather take a $50 loss over having him back to do the job. He explained that he works with large corporate accounts mostly, so my single job shouldn't be a huge loss for him.

They answered every call. Polite and explained in depth what was needed to help me move in my home so I could breath properly. Dennis came on Saturday! That is not there usually day to work but knew how desperate I was. Professionalism, personal most of all. They know what they are doing!! Experienced in this area and very knowledgeable. Most of all helpful, and took time with the customer.

Appointment was made easily to fit our schedule. Technician arrived on time and work very hard at cleaning the whole house AC/Heating duct work. The job was done very well.

Sam looked at an area of suspected mold in a house that I am interested in buying. He checked out the house for possible sources of moisture and provided suggestions for keeping basement humidity down. He was able to view the house the day after I called him and called me promptly after finishing his inspection. Best of all, based on what he saw (or in this case, didn't see), he didn't charge me for tests I didn't need. Was recommended by my realtor and I couldn't be happier with the service and peace of mind he provided!

I had a Big Deal coupon and the price included everything that I had done. They were professional and it went pretty well so I was happy with them. I was happy with the work.

Mr. Nance did a thorough inspection of our system and gave me a quote. We scheduled the cleaning for the next week. Dennis called to indicate he would be a little late and came when he said he would. We looked through the house and he set up his equipment. He took approximately 4 hours to do the job. He cleaned up after himself and we were pleased with his work. We were able to pay with a credit card and the job was done!

At first, I was shocked! The smell seemed a lot worse and had an odd unidentifiable odor...sortof like when people try to cover up a bad smell with a different chemical. However, over the week, the smell went down a lot. Even though the house has been painted top to bottom and the carpet replaced, there is still a bit of smoker smell...but it's much better. Over the next month I think it will probably get better.

Vent was cleaned. Cost more than I thought it would.

He did what he was supposed to do and more. He was very pleasant to deal with and a very personable type person. He even talked to the buyers who are buying the house. He did a good job.

Mr. Nance from Ductz came out to look at our furnace after mold was found in it. He was very helpful in educating me about it and giving me advice on how to prevent it in the future as well as improve our overall air quality. He did the quote and scheduled a technician who came out and thoroughly cleaned out our furnace, registers, and air ducts, then fogged the system with some sort of anti-mold stuff (I was told what it was but have since forgotten). Mr. Nance came back towards the end of the visit to make sure everything was going well which I thought was an "above and beyond" step. I liked that they use as green as possible cleaning chemicals and that digital pictures were taken and shown to me throughout the process. I also appreciated that I was told exactly what was going on and why before every step. The technician was very thorough and professional. He was also friendly and kind to my dog and young child who were both trying to be "helpful." Our air quality is much improved and I would definitely use them again although of course I hope I never have to.

I wasn't here when they did the work but as far as I know all went well.
