+ -1 moreIt was a fun, efficient experience and I am extremely satisfied with the chairs. They upholstered them beautifully and fixed and reinforced them also. They didn't call me back, and I quickly learned that all my communications were going to have to be done in person (I had to go there everytime I needed to talk to them but that wasn't too much of a problem as I live nearby). But they are nice to work with, experts in what they do, and I definitely would use them again. Cost seemed reasonable. They were totally fine with me buying fabric somewhere else, though they do have many fabric books there.
Description of Work: I had two small chairs reupholstered. The chairs were somewhat complicated, with tufted, scalloped backs and upholstered legs. I purchased the fabric myself and delivered the chairs to them and picked them up myself, since they were small enough to fit in SUV.
