+ -1 moreMr. Parks came over and quickly repaired the electrical item. We did play a bit of phone tag to set up time, but once we talked, Mr. Parks was extremely helpful in scheduling me for a very minor job. Honestly it probably wasn't worth his time, but he came over and fixed the problem. We were so impressed that we asked him to provide a quote for our new home. Very friendly, helpful, and I think the price was competitive.
Description of Work: I was selling my home and had an electrical item (problem with a floor outlet) come up during the inspection.
